Either way I don't know if he's guilty or not, if he is, than justice prevailed.

Absolutely on the point. Court gave its verdict. The only question I have is when the verdict is over 2 years, shouldn’t his bail be automatically revoked. Why is he still out? If he were in the US, he would have to register as an offender the entire life. We need to understand consent can be revoked at any time. Not saying isn’t equal to giving consent. There are 2 sides of this case: 1st part-Justice & law are 2 different things. I think the girl is 18+ but if her age is 17 years 11 month & even 29 days then law deems that the girl is minor & Sandeep should be punished. 2nd part - If the girl has said No during that night then the word "No" is itself the sentence . The word No means no no and no. There is no any alternative word for 'No'. If Sandeep has act immorally then he should be punished whether he is god or devil. If she is wrong in any fact then she should be punished for defamation case of Sandip because he has luring career and is a hope for nation through which many of us are seeing him as idol. गौशला२६ रास्ट्रीय मुद्दा बने पछी मैले पनि केहि टिप्पणी राख्न चाँहे, घटना क्रम बुज्दै जादा गौशला२६, बाहिर बसेको भन्ने कुरा परिवारलाई थाहा पाय पछि, को संग बसेको भनि सोद्दा नेपालको सुपरस्टार क्रिकेटर संग बसेको भन्ने थाहा पाय र पछि परिवारलाई शारीरिक सम्बन्ध रहेको कुरा पनि पत्ता लाग्यो होला तर पारिवारिक डरले गर्दा जबरजस्ती गरेको भन्ने कुराको झुट्ले गर्दा राजनैतिक फोहोरी चलखेल र खोक्रो महिला अधिकारकर्मीको कानमा पुगयो जसले साँच्चिकै बलात्कृत सहित हत्या भयको निर्मला पन्तको प्रमाण हुँदा हुँदै पनि परिवारलाई न्याय दिन सकेन जो अपराधी अहिले खुलेआम हिनिरहेकोछ । तर जसले रातभरी मोज गर्छे अनि कुनै कुरामा असमजदारी हुँदा बार्केनिन्ग्मा कुरा नमिल्दा पारिवारिक मिलेमतोमा बलात्कारको आरोप लगाउँछे । घटनाक्रम हेर्दा सुनियोजित र सड्यन्त्रपूर्ण तरिकाले रचियको र दुबै पछ बाट गल्ति भयको देखिन्छ। हैन भने केटीले जबर्जस्ती हो भन्दै मा हुने? त्त्यो पनि २ हप्ता पछि अनि आधार पनि त हुन पर्छनि। नेपालामा कानुन छ भन्छ हेरुम कुरुम, सर्बोच्चको फैसला कस्तो आउँछ । त्यसै क्रममा परिवार संग पहिलो चोटी बोलेको झुटको खेति र नियति ले गर्दा अहिलेको विसं परिस्थिति यी २ पक्षले भोग्नु पर्यो, यदि हामि बाहिर बसेको हो तर सम्बन्ध नरहेको भनेर गौशला२६ ले भनेको भय आज यस्तो खबर सुन्न पर्ने थियन र देशको इज्जत र नेपालि खेलाडीको आत्म सम्मान गिर्ने थियन र हामीले देशको राम्रो खेलाडी गुमाउने थियन र हामि निराश हुन पर्ने थियन । यस्तो अबस्था कुनै पनि दुश्मनलाइ पनि नपरोश र कुनै पनि महिला दिदि बहिनि अरुको स्टारडम र चन पैसाको प्रलोभनमा परेर आफ्नो इज्जत र परिवारको मान मर्यादामा आंच आउने काम नगर्न र यसै रास्ट्रीय मुद्दा बाट पाठ सिक्न जरुरी छ ।।
Law is equal for everyone. Even if sandeep is cricketer or have sacrified a lot for country, he is liable for his wrong doing. And its not about the age of girl, its about the fact that she has been raped. It's about all the women who made such decision out of Coercion or pressure and this might be example in future in similar kind of cases. It is clearly mentioned in law that if any girls are involved in sexual intercourse because of force, showing greed, promises or any other circumstances, it is considered rape. We should strictly follow it as similar kind of things might happen to others( your sister, friend, mother...) They shouldn't be taken advantage of. And here people are Stigmatising victim that if she didn't want to do it why she went with him. But people are forgetting the fact that she is raped by sandeep. If both are involved in such activity why criticising women and not the male...is it because he is national player? And have excuse to do anything that he wanted to do even going beyond law. And here I find many people comparing this case with other cases like lalita nibas, bhutnese refugee......, I think they aren't aware that every case is unique. If those case haven't been solved then is it okay to let all the wrong doers free. If high profile people haven't been arrested yet, is it okay not to arrest anyone? This is such an illogical thought of people. Court have already given verdict and he also have privilege to go against the court's decision. We are not the judge who decides whom to punish and whom not to as we aren't aware about the whole facts and court decides by analyzing those facts. Our simple hasty decision and impression on others might destroy the life of others. I really love the concept of project kura where they came into conclusion only after finalizing the facts...keep it up ❤❤🎉
In My opinion...as a close friend of Sandip..and something I know about this case...it was more of a normal hookup story ...rather than exaggerating things and using women rights to disprove something that was done by consent of both sides and naming it a rape...

I don’t think so, most of the student in Nepal have two birth date; one while he/she was born the actual birth date and the next which is on your school record or slc certificate record later changed by the school administration for slc or whatsoever cases. In this case, which one will be considered as the birth date for legal purpose? Could any one let me know this? I think on her case, the original one became the valid date of birth which crossed the age bar for minor.

District Court verdict is not final the misinterpretation of law is subject to appeal until Supreme Court convicts him he is only guilty at one level . If three box ticks his guilty only he is guilty in Nepal's law system .

There are 2 sides of this case:
1st part-Justice & law are 2 different things. I think the girl is 18+ but if her age is 17 years 11 month & even 29 days then law deems that the girl is minor & Sandeep should be punished.
2nd part - If the girl has said No during that night then the word "No" is itself the sentence . The word No means no no and no. There is no any alternative word for 'No'.
If Sandeep has act immorally then he should be punished whether he is god or devil.
If she is wrong in any fact then she should be punished for defamation case of Sandip because he has luring career and is a hope for nation through which many of us are seeing him as idol. These are my views.... You can disagree with me as well .......

Law is equal for everyone. Even if sandeep is cricketer or have sacrified a lot for country, he is liable for his wrong doing. And its not about the age of girl, its about the fact that she has been raped. It's about all the women who made such decision out of Coercion or pressure and this might be example in future in similar kind of cases. It is clearly mentioned in law that if any girls are involved in sexual intercourse because of force, showing greed, promises or any other circumstances, it is considered rape. We should strictly follow it as similar kind of things might happen to others( your sister, friend, mother...) They shouldn't be taken advantage of.
And here people are Stigmatising victim that if she didn't want to do it why she went with him. But people are forgetting the fact that she is raped by sandeep. If both are involved in such activity why criticising women and not the male...is it because he is national player? And have excuse to do anything that he wanted to do even going beyond law.
And here I find many people comparing this case with other cases like lalita nibas, bhutnese refugee......, I think they aren't aware that every case is unique. If those case haven't been solved then is it okay to let all the wrong doers free. If high profile people haven't been arrested yet, is it okay not to arrest anyone? Court have already given verdict and he also have privilege to go against the court's decision.
