Hey guys! Today's video isn't too exciting, just getting bags, no big deal haha. But I finally got them! I won't be installing them for another 2 weeks and YES, I will be installing myself! This video is more of a chill Quarantine Video for all you super fans out there who want to get to know a little more about me! Nsx is an nsx but air suspension lets you change oil with out a scizzors jack.

@Jason on the 3P controller, turn it to the back and locate the 2 black philp screws, unscrew that. That will release the pad buttons, then rotate it. What you Must do is download Airlift 3P on either Android or Apple. Connect to the manifold and update the firmware and tell the system which way the key pad is positioned. After the upload is done. Your good to go

you can change the orientation of the controller! just need to unscrew the buttons from the back and change option in the settings when you power it up
btw you can make that controller horizontal, take the screws out and you can flip the pad horizontal and i believe go into the settings on the controller and set it to horizontal. its been 2 years since i had my bagged ISF

Jason my brother what's good, listen as a car guy I love cars I do most if not all in my work on my car ,I have a RX350 Lexus. there's no greater satisfaction then when you do something yourself on your car .knowing that's you built it ,is so rewarding so satisfying knowing that you've accomplish greatness, rather than have someone else to do it , the first time you do something it's learning, the second time you put everything that you did from the first time together ,and then it becomes easier anyway enjoy your videos keep it up ,my brother I will catch you on the next video, later dude be safe.

For the airlift controller, the display can be rotated to be horizontal, theres 2 screws on the back you can remove and it pops out for you to rotate to your liking.

Nice.. and that air lift controller can go horizontal.. unscrew the button from the back and they rotate. Change the screen setting in the menu to horizontal

My driver side clamp that connects the fender to the bumper has also been fixed multiple times... they’re just so flimsy. Also if I understand correctly, you’re painting the carbon fiber hood? I would just get a fiber glass hood (same light weight) instead of painting the carbon fiber hood, you can never go back from that)

You can make the controller horizontal. Just take it apart and rotate the buttons. And recalibrate it.
you can get your controller to be horizontal by taking out the screws in the back and rotating the pads to whatever direction you want it and then updating the controller on the phone app to whatever direction you set it as

If you need any help putting them in I just went through it! I’m sure you have plenty of friends with know how but I just did it myself! 3H system with the ride height sensors.

That would be awesome! I’m considering keeping the OEM suede type of look! I don’t want to go too over the top with the trunk set up but I definitely have something in mind!

May I ask if your oem black paint has orange peel in some areas? I just wanna confirm from black coloured owners, because my IS has orange peel.
Long story short, just got a used 2014 IS350, didn't realize the paint much because dealer "detailed" it. Unfortunately, someone hit my left side rear bumper to fender, got it repainted, and then noticed the orange peel.

I think my OEM paint has some orange peel or what looks like orange peel all around the car. But it came like that from factory as the car has never been re-sprayed. It sort of looks like orange peel but I do not think it is.

Air force struts take a huge beating. I'd say aAF strut paired with a airlift 3p management is pretty damn good for the money.

@@JasonNguyen Air force is one of the best there is out there. If you've ever heard of Supreme Society, most of the guys use AF struts paired with airlift 3p management. It's a very reliable combo. I have airred up and down countless times just for the fun of it any its been reliable.

not sure if you're kit is fiberglass. carbon fiber, frp, or urethane , but dont use bondo/ body filler itll just cover the crack and it will turn loose or reopen

What year is250 do you have? And what’s the difference between a 250 and 350? Could you maybe make a video off of your opinion?
I have a 2015! I have a video on my channel regarding why I picked the 250! The difference is engine size. The 250 is a 2.5 liter v6 and the 350 is a 3.5 liter v6!
How are you liking the Af Air Suspension & how’s the ride comfort? Why did the guy who owned it get rid of it?
It was good! I switched to airlift rear bags because the AF was defective! The owner got rid of it because he got rid of the car

You can turn that controller side ways, two small screws are in the back of the controller and then the buttons pops out and you can put it sideways

Hmmm, to be honest not really. You would need to find someone to powdercoat if you’re going to get it done professionally. If you do it yourself, you can just use caliper paint or high temp resistant paint!

I’ve actually had that idea in mind but it would be a good amount of custom work considering I would have to plastic weld the top half of the newer IS bumper to my current bumper.. and the OEM quad beams are SO expensive😭

I no longer have the stock hood and the paint on the stock hood wasn’t in the best condition due to the previous owner so I sold it haha. My plan was always to paint match this cf hood anyways so now is the time!

instead of spraying the carbon fibre bonnet.. you should get it wrapped in gloss black instead. preserve the bonnet for future resale
Thats a great point! However I do not plan on reselling as I no longer have the stock bonnet! So this is pretty much my new stock bonnet!

Maybe its a vietnamese thing lol.

Take your bumper off and slick sand it then paint it slick sand is a wet form of bondo.
As long as you leave the vents carbon I think it’s good idea.
