So if do goes only with nouns could I say "Jaka jest twoja motywacja DLA uczyc sie polskiego?
Unfortunately, such a collocation 'motywacja dla...' does not exist, if you want to use a verb, it could be 'Jaka jest twoja motywacja, żeby uczyć się polskiego', where 'żeby' means 'in order to', however, 'motywacja do..' sounds more natural.
Ewentualnie "Jaka jest twaja motywacja do UCJYC SIE polskiego?
It should be: Jaka jest twoja motywacja do nauki polskiego (do + noun, not a verb)
