I like watching these videos to see how much we Czechs are similar to our neighbours in these common phrases. Something is the same or very similar, something I would never guess. We say "O co jde", we use informal "co, cože, jakže" ... but we have nothing similar to "ogarniam, łapię, czaję, w ógole". Sometimes you need a bit of imagination, like "zupełnie" vs "úplně" or "pojęcia" vs "ponětí".

We have almost the same language as Slovaks. We can speak in our own languages and understand each other perfectly.

I really enjoyed this lesson. I'm gonna learned the expressions and try them out with my Polish colleagues or with random Polish people I meet next time I'm in Poland 😅
