Hope you guys enjoy this little breakdown! If you'd like you can get my LUTs here: buymeacoffee.com/mihailo/e/264870 Thank you for supporting my work :)
Your videos are the inspiration why I travel brother and try creating memories out of it, BUT this background song is SOO chilling couldn't help but create one with this. I know you wouldn't check it but if you do, I would be the happiest person. Link: th-cam.com/video/I8gRp9rv36w/w-d-xo.html
This guy really just showed up out of nowhere, dropped 7 of the most ridiculously high quality videos I've ever seen in my life, and just disappeared. Please come back!
The Cinematic Sequence at the start of this video is honestly the best I have ever had the pleasure to watch on youtube... WOW. Well done Jakob. Truly inspiring work.
This is hands down one of the best color grading videos I've seen and you make it look so easy. Straightforward, informative, and not overly pushy on selling your LUTs. Super glad I stumbled across your channel!
You should make a whole video where every shot has your camera settings and focal length, or a workflow video for managing all the potential shots you collect
Bro! That's magic man, thanks for showing this, I truly get goosebumps when I watch your travel videos, especially your Q&A Intro with Major Lazer - Powerful as track. Keep up the good work and I am following same footsteps as you!
This is dope! Super inspiring to see the complicated mystery behind it. In love with your colors and grading and to see the work behind it - just amazing! Keep up the good work!
This color grades looks amazing OMG!!! Like from normal footage to a professional cinematic video. Will be using those lessons on my videos. Will be waiting for next video :)
We need to know your camera settings! I am very curious of what gears you have and what color profile you use on your camera. But I'm a huge fan from South Korea!
It's shot in BRAW. This is achievable on most BlackMagic cameras and is a decent bit more advanced than a picture profile. Just know, when you're getting RAW footage, you'll most likely be getting a cinema camera
Great colors and I would highly recommend to do the noise reduction first. Then you edit the "cleaner" image. Sharpening should be one of the last steps, as well as grain. I miss the grain here, which gives the image the last polish and makes it look more natural and not digital.
This is one of the most helpful, concise color grading tutorials on TH-cam. And of all the Skillshare mentions, you’ve convinced me to sign up and checkout Fred Trevino’s class, great work
This is dope bro. Imma fans from Malaysia. Right now I have demotivated to create a video since only having a mobile phone and old laggy pc. As soon as I found your channel I started to feel better and planning to continue to create and post a content even only using what I have. I hope someday I can be nearly as good as you. Cheers bro. Much love!
I told you the Colour wheels are important ! Great Job on colour grading videos. I worked in photo labs as colour inspector for many years and was in charge of colour correcting enlargements. I'm disappointed that you didn't have the full Adobe suite or davinci resolve in class as we do now. You have a great eye! Keep doing what your doing ! A. Sanders
I gotta say...THESE LUTS ARE INCREDIBLE! Really stepped up my fuji f-log footage to the next level! Appreciate you making luts that just work without all the extra hassle!
Great that you share your knowledge with us! The only question is how you achieve the look of your LUTs... that would be the point when you could learn how to develop your own style.
I'm just so mesmerized by the quality of your footage after the TH-cam compression. It is so sharp and I feel like I'm watching something way higher than 4k. Is this due to your camera and the shooting settings or more the settings you export and upload as? If anyone can explain how to achieve quality like this please drop a reply! I shoot with a Sony A7III as well
Bro you are so right when I saw the begining of the video I was amazed by the quality!!! He played with the raw in resolve 16 so I guess he has some heavy camera and not the sony A7III
Hope you guys enjoy this little breakdown!
If you'd like you can get my LUTs here: buymeacoffee.com/mihailo/e/264870

This video shows how much effort it takes to create a video... Great work Jakob..
Biggest take away for me was adding warmth to the highlights and cooling the shadows. Such a subtle but big difference imo
its orange teal look. it is used a lot in big movies like joker etc...
Hands down one of the best styles I've seen. I hope to be as good as you soon! Keep up the good work!!!

What a legend. I'd love to see how you do a Da Vinci and Aftereffects workflow if you do use Aftereffects, that'll awesome.

no, its a normal 4k(2160p) it maybe due to color grading , i want to tell you personally improve your thumbnails in your channel like kold
Looks like he's using BMPCC RAW. Doing heavy color grading on a7iii will destroy it
Bro you are so right when I saw the begining of the video I was amazed by the quality!!!
He played with the raw in resolve 16 so I guess he has some heavy camera and not the sony A7III
Twitch Tamilan go away hater 😂
Venom he already mentioned that he uses a BMPCC 4K. He mentioned that in a previous video. I’m not sure when he made the switch from Sony to BM
Loved it, thank you so much for this!
Amazin tones! Great that you shared you knowledge!
