    been wearing mine for a few years, gone through 3 sets of ear pads and head band material is flaking off. blue rubber pealed off,trimmed with scissors, no problem. battery life is still so good. i have had zero issues with these, work 100% every time. worth every penny. connect to my iphone, samsung laptop and tv and sound good. bass is okay/average. will not rattle your brain. would buy again.

      I returned my pair for a refund, they sound great over aux but there absolutely awful when linked to a pc over bluetooth lip sync nightmare totally unusable for gaming. Who makes a bluetooth headset without aptx it's shocking £200 for headphones with a 250ms to 500ms delay.. 😱

    I’ve used two of these headphones over the past five years and both of them had issues where the rubber started to bubble after approximately one year. It starts around the head phone jack and just gets worse from there.

    My rubber parts around the headphones started coming apart too, but to be fair i leave them in my car most of the time because i use them in the gym but still. I just bought some Audio Technicas SR50BT's today and they sound a lot better

    I’ve had my same headphones for 2+ years now and I swear by them. never had the problem near the headphone jack (probably cause i’ve only used mine on bluetooth). probably cheap material?

      Oh ok happy to hear you had more luck with them, I do really like them but yeah it's a shame that I've had to replace them so many times.

  • @Logev79
    @Logev79 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I know I'm a bit late but I had the exact same problem my whole bit around the headphone jack is peeled of and it has happened on both sides, it doesn't really bother me the biggest problem I had was with the earpads which I have had to got replaced I now have had to buy foam ones so they didn't mess up again but I love these headphones they are extremely comfy lightweight and overall sleek and good looking will recommend to anyone in the mid range headphone market for their mobile devices, excellent review glad to know it wasn't just me that had some of those problems

    • @Stike96official
      @Stike96official  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah it's such a shame that the rubber bit is prone to pealing off, otherwise these are great headphones

  • @blake102989
    @blake102989 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I've had mine for almost 4 years now still the original pair. I've done ripped all that rubber off since mine did the same thing. My foam ear pads have busted open and definitely need replacing along with the head strap foam is starting to crumble away. I'm probably going to need to replace the battery soon as well because they seem not to last anywhere near as long when I first got them which is to be expected after nearly 4 years of quite often usage. I have them on now and I still love them even though they look like they've been drug around a kindergarten playground by every kid in the entire school but the sound is still as good as day 1. I haven't replaced mine though because they didn't start peeling until about a year or so ago and they still work perfectly fine. That rubber won't effect the functionality of them at all

    • @Stike96official
      @Stike96official  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's a good idea to just fully take off all the rubber. Happy that they're still working well for you!

      No need to be sorry for asking. The headphones switch off when they’re plugged in so the battery won’t be used while you’ve got the wire in, you only need to worry about charging them if you’re using them wirelessly.
