Noise levels, different levels of pet care, peeing the yard clean etc. Indoor pets are a newer concept in Jamaica and most people don't want to live next to a barking dog
In my opinion, that's relatively cheap rent. Maybe they have not had the opportunity to put in the appliances before Mr. Boothe did a walk-through. If that's not the case, I don't think the Tennants should be responsible for putting in their own appliances, in these type of units. I paid more Thant that for a one bedroom in Pennsylvania, and I don't have a terrace nor washer/dryer. I know Jamaica and the States are different when it comes to rental price, but from what I've seen base on newly constructed rental units in Kingston, this price is a steal. I wish my rent cost 830.00 USD.🤣

Well it just came back in the market for $150,000 and it was first rented for 1000 USD. The tenant just needed a 2 bedroom why they moved out

Jamaicans don’t really keep pets inside their houses. Your best bet is to purchase a property where you can have as many pets as you want.
