You are the shining example of saying “ work smarter, not harder.” That cable and pulley tram was impressive, the bottom release trip on the tram car was shear genius, as well as the return pull rope to bring the tram back with out having to run to retrieve it, one has to love the ingenuity. Beautiful bath house, you should be proud of your accomplishment. Thank you for the video, i truly enjoyed watching.

The dirt bucket was a brilliant idea. One small suggestion that may make things easier for you is to have the retrieval rope tied to the open bottom trigger. Instead of having to move the bamboo catch every time you want the dirt dumped at a different spot, just shorten or lengthen the rope. You already have the rope tied to the bucket anyways.
