How to build and install free electricity from water and How to fix problems when using it. In this video ana's built and completed a platform powered by a water turbine. This turbine has a capacity of 180-200V (in sufficient water conditions - the water level is 20cm higher than the electric turbine blades). This power capacity will be enough for Ana's to light up her entire farm.
During use, ana's found that the bearings near the fan blades were most easily damaged. Due to continuous rotation and immersion in water for a long time, the bearings break. At that time, we need to replace the bearings with new ones (Ana's usually runs the machine at night, during the day Ana's will let the machine rest). On average, Ana's has to replace bearings 3 times a year.
The next part that needs to be replaced in minute 1:50:42 is the turbine shaft. This shaft part is damaged due to the bearings in the upper part. When the bearing breaks but we haven't had time to replace it, the friction between the broken piece and the main shaft is very high, causing the shaft to become worn and warped, making the turbine's rotation unstable, vibrating and shaking is what we see.
Repair and replacement is also very simple. Please see the steps Ana's has taken. During 3 years of using this electric turbine, Ana's found that the machine ran stably, had no problems and was very easy to use.

This is one of the best solutions I have seen for a low head hydro generation system. It a scaled down turbine of the type that is used by large hydro dams on the Columbia River in the Oregon and Washington states of the US. Ana - don't touch the wires when you are standing in water. 🙂

Technically its
1) Dont touch live wires when grounded to earth
Contrary to Hollywood water itself isnt a ground to Earth or the shortest path to ground(and that concrete is an insulator from ground if anything)
2) Dont touch hot wire with one hand and neutral or ground with other hand and it will amps across your heart
This is the way people die messing with live wires as just 100 milliamps will stop a heart
The way line workers and electrictions avoid this is to wear thick rubber gloves on at least 1 hand(with rubber boots to prevent grounding)
3) Always treat the wires as live
Getting killed by a capasitor, a high voltage battery or you turned off the wrong circut or a fault has energized the neutral or ground is always possible if you are not careful (never touch different wires with both hands at same time without rubber gloves and rubber boots if you must, touch only with tools with rubber handled if can....I've had screw drivers spark cause of a live ground touching neutral)

So much of this is SO Raw. I Love it. I've been watching FAR too much SNL recently...this gives me ASMR just hearing nothing but the work and Water sounds, the brickwork would get an apprentice fired on day one here, but I can appreciate that Ana likely does it with no formal training, yet regardless gets EXACTLY the result she is after using VERY locally sourced and reclaimed materials. If you got a contractor in to do this it would run you into the thousands, but the looks of it Ana probably paid for the Cement mix only... Which by it's own token, may well have been paid for by selling off a Healthy supply of Farm Fresh produce.

Great video! Initially, I was curious about Ana's goals, but as the video progressed, her concept became clear. Additionally, I was concerned about how she would secure a water source potent enough to efficiently operate a power plant, but she managed to surprise me pleasantly.

Ana be sure to use anti oxidation grease on your hardware and save your from rust I would also recommend quick disconnect connections for your wires since you have to service bearings 3 times a year. U can also just build slots in side of your water flows to slide in a board block your water flow keep in simple . service your generators Also I loved your video.

To the United States: Pay close attention boys and girls. If things kepp going the way they are in this country, many Who are fortunate enough ro live on a property with constantly running water on it will have to resort to methods such as these to survive. Ana, you are brave and resourceful. But i suppose living in places like China would force ine to be that way. You are young and motivated. How long do tou think you can continue managing and improving what you have alone? It gets boring living alone like that. As you age, you likely won't be able to continue living alone. Agreed! I had to move a pile of 10 80lb bags of concrete less than 20 ft across flat ground and I thought my body was going to crumble. I'm still wondering how she got them up the hill. That alone had to be a serious workout.

@@geroutathat as long as the outflow is a certain % of the inflow there’s no issue. The dam we’re building won’t decrease the outflow by any significant amount.
The property is over 500 acres and zoned for grazing and a fishery which it was decades ago. So he’s allowed to use/hold a lot of water for agricultural use. Our fishing pond is tiny by comparison 5mx10m and no more than 2m deep

This build is amazing I'm really impressed. You can tell you've built this before or things like it, you just got rights to work no hesitation and got it done. This type of thing is so simple but so important for us as humans to learn and remember. You never know when you may need to create your own electricity like this.
