Wow, Kazuya is so cheap. I love Riddles, but he got outplayed hard core in game 1. Leon should have not have foolishly taken him back to Hollow Bastion.

Considering how most of the french fanbase is, it comes as no surprise. Most of the people trashtalking Riddles for his loss against Leon during G9 were french. They were also chanting "Arsene go fuck yourself" during Leo's matches against Gluttony. Ofc this doesn't apply to everyone, but good chunk of them are extremely toxic.

It's kind of a hard scenario for the devs tbh. Honestly if EWGF was punishable he'd probably be low mid tier at best. Kazuya looses neutral hard to most characters aside from electrics, and he's exploitable in disadvantage. Electric is what makes the character.
Imagine people not being afraid of electric, he'd cumble. (if that's a good thing or not is subjective ofc)
At least make the move whiff punishable. I'm fine with it being safe on shield honestly, but that move doesn't have enough lag to reliably punish afterward, they can just go for another one. Give it like 5-10 more frames of end lag and then maybe it wouldn't be as viable to just literally mash EWGF in neutral.

If I'd seen this comment a year a go I'd probably have been on the other side, especailly since much anti-mask chat was fused with insane conspiracy thinking about how "they want to control us" etc; but at some point we've got to move on. It's no more rational to be wearing a mask now than it was in 2019.
(Which maybe isn't completely irrational. Some people have underlying health conditions and whatnot. But for a lot of people who still wear a mask it's either paranoia, or it's signalling.)

Its a tournament, you have to do whatever it takes to win, and thats coming from a bowser main. Its not the greatest feeling getting suicide side b wins.
That suicide doesn't work on characters that can recover from all the way from the bottom of the screen.

Watching kazuya training mode a heavy isn’t hype. Kazuya is one of those characters that no one is impressed by, no matter how skilled the player is and how technical the character can be. Same issue with Steve and Min-Min.

LeoN playing it wrong. Don’t go for nairs or up-b’s in neutral, instead go for Fire Breath (on stage max spacing), fair, and f-tilt.
Leon lost cause he kept the same stage, also erased everything that he did good on the second match, but bowser-kazu is a 50/50 win. I like 'hem both

@@mysteriousmuffin6017 The very big difference between Greninja compared Kazuya is that Greninja is that he doesn't care at all about all your down air or down b mix ups cause he is there to meet you in the air and juggle you. Not to mention Greninja loves to go in and out and punish an opponent given his high frame data and he is just too fast for Bowser to consistently. As least Kazuya doesn't have that speed that Greninja has and Bowser does have the tools to make it doable as a matchup. Not to mention pretty much any character can take advantage of just how incredibly easy it can be to combo Kazuya given his weight and disadvantage. I could go into some more detail about why Greninja is much harder to deal with including another character like Pikachu which I know how atrocious that matchup can be at times but I'll leave it at that.
@@retrozilla1999 Kazuya doesn't care about any mix up Bowser does, because if Bowser guesses wrong a single time, he straight up just dies. Gren needs to win multiple interactions to beat Bowser, Kazuya needs to win one.
