Dawnguard set sans the weapon at level 72 is a strong defensive option, as all pieces have high armor, health, resistances and a huge amount of phys res.
Protoss if you have an item that is an MI and per rainbow has ++ that is a triple rare or not? Got on another character a Barbaric Obsidian War Cleaver of the Sage.
Hmm, just a thought. It's a guide for beginners and you are using a full Lokar set. How are they going to get it? I mean Lokar is not like Kyzogg or some other random dude, you need good gear for that. Also something that I like using quite a lot for leveling is a Combat Medics Mark. Lot's of bleedrez and a free heal. It also drops very often and the alternative early game is usually just some random trash green item. Congratz on the 5k subs, you've earned it!

For everyone who doesn't have Lokarr set yet, I did include alternatives to the Lokarr set at minute 10:18 onwards. Combat Medic's Mark is indeed pretty good!

Im kinda new to the game, but like, in build guides i see that a specific type of gear or set is recommended, but how and where am i supposed to get that gear, im level 15 atm. is it only important getting it when im max level, should i get it before max level, where do i get it etc
You need to make a guide about Resistance Reduction. Which types exist, how they interact and in which order they are applied, also if they can go below 0 and what that means for your damage.

Sister’s amulet can also be really good for filling out resists especially early on

Double rare MI is the same as "triple rare", yes.
