It’s illegal.. send them an email requesting return of documents Secondly file a complaint with ugc Pursue your complaint If they illegally take the money, then file a recovery suit after getting your original documents You may also file a writ against ugc if no action is taken against the college or university

Sir, My Name is Amaljith and I'm from kerala and i have studied in Tamilnadu due to financial issues I'm not able to complete my studies so i had decided to discontinue on the last of first semester which i had paid the full fee of that semester and i didn't even attend the university exams. But there are not giving back my certificates and asking for the fee if need to get back the certificate. But once i had consulted an advocate but he said if in prospect they have mentioned me we will be trouble if we compliant the case.. So what to do?? the law says students certificates can't hold by them but if they mention in on prospect means we are helpless..

@@VikasNagwan Sir, they mentioned in there website that - "Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances and the same is applicable to the candidate those who immediately discontinue the course or discontinue in the middle of course duration. Those discontinued students are liable to pay entire course fee." So, Sir will it back bounce when i move legally ??...

its been 1 year since Im watching this video Idk if I'll get any response from any one but yeah, the scene I am facing right now is really traumatizing for me. I got a seat through comedk, the thing is I wanted to cancel the seat which wasn't possible through comedk. Admission ka process hone lga 10th ka original marksheet le liya bola ki 1,2 months me 10th ka marksheet return mil jayega.
6months ho gya av tk marksheet nhi mila.

Uske baad college gye principal se baat kiye toh bol rha hai hmko nhi pta tha. Hm bole mera 10th ka marksheet chahiye nhi krna hai .toh principal bol rha hai ki 10th ka original marksheet abhi nhi milega college ka fee mang rha hai principal tb 10th ka original marksheet dega.
Jis college me admission liye hai us college me mera nam bhi nhi jai kisi aur college me admission krwa diya hai principal ne

TC कटवाने के बाद मैंने एडमिशन दूसरे कॉलेज में करवा लिया था
लेकिन मैं एडमिशन के बाद कॉलेज गया नहीं और अपना नाम वहां से कटवा लिया
अब 1 साल बाद अगर मैं अपने इसी पहले वाले कॉलेज में एडमिशन कराना चाहता हूं तो क्या मुझे एडमिशन कराते समय TC की आवश्यकता पड़ेगी ।
या फिर बिना TC के ही मेरा एडमिशन अपने वाले कॉलेज में हो जाएगा
क्योंकि TC तो मेरी जमा हो चुकी है उसी कॉलेज में जहां मैंने एडमिशन कराया था लेकिन मैं वहां गया नहीं और

Sir, My Name is Amaljith and I'm from kerala and i have studied in Tamilnadu due to financial issues I'm not able to complete my studies so i had decided to discontinue on the last of first semester which i had paid the full fee of that semester and i didn't even attend the university exams. But there are not giving back my certificates and asking for the fee if need to get back the certificate. But once i had consulted an advocate but he said if in prospect they have mentioned me we will be trouble if we compliant the case.. So what to do?? the law says students certificates can't hold by them but if they mention in on prospect means we are helpless..

Sir I studied in private University, and the college always ask acedmic fee of next semester before entering to it...and when I was in my 2 nd semester I decided to left the college after attending few classes but weh I asked my orginal documents. College said first pay acedmic fee of 2nd semester+ fine also.and sir the charge is 1 lakh. What can I do? Therefore I want my documents urgent for job purpose.

its been 1 year since Im watching this video Idk if I'll get any response from any one but yeah, the scene I am facing right now is really traumatizing for me. I got a seat through comedk, the thing is I wanted to cancel the seat which wasn't possible through comedk. You may file a complaint with ugc but I suggest First take mark sheet and then think about taking legal action

Toh humne woh sub key unlog ne Jo bola tha abhi bol rehe hai key education department ka reply ka wait Karo woh bolenge de leaving certificate toh hum dange. Likin humlog ne education department Mai enquiry keya toh woh bole aise kuch nhi hai students Kay upper rehta hai unko nhi idhar padh na hai toh woh leaving certificate le sakte hai. likin woh college leaving certificate nhi de rahe or college star ho chuka hai mai nhi ja para hu please sir help 😭🙏

Medical clg se doc wapas nhi hota hai bhai unka bond hota hai seat leaving ka jisko tumhe chukana hoga uske baad hi doc denge wo, aur yeh rule govt clg me bhi lagta hain, pura legal trike se bond wagera admission ke start me hi sign hota hai

700 is not that big an amount to pick a legal battle with college
