Would love to see some training on commanding your box too during certain situations within a game. Something which I am currently working on with my Goalkeepers atm, would love any advice youve got 👍

Thank you! I'd say that you can start learning the basic movements like the jumps pretty early - S&C guys that I work with suggest that if you have the correct guidance/someone to supervise, then gym training can start around 12-14
