Every M3 I've had I've debadged the rear. I just prefer it. My E92 had the discreet M3 badges on the sidevents and each car since has maintained that and also a small badge on the front grill...it's enough. The latest rear badges look too 'try hard' for me...'M3 Competition'....Ummm OK.... It looks like a piece of Lego stuck on the back. Love your explanation Joe...''I didn't buy it to show off and for those that know...KNOW''. Couldn't have put it better myself. Have fun in your new car, look forward to future content, those OEM+ mods look incredible and Motech have done an amazing job.

I’m glad you’d didn’t PPF it. Here in the states, you basically lose all that money unless you sell the car privately. I just traded my 2021 M340 with 33,000 miles on it. You think they would have given me a $1 more for the PPF? I doubt it. If you aren’t keeping the car forever, and know you will trade it, it’s cheaper to leave it as is some rock chips and all.
I went to Motech for my eibach springs on my g80 due to a recommendation from you on your saloon, was great advice. I also got the mst cold air intake fitted and boy does it make a difference. Love your touring. Need to get those alloys re-fitted now.

Looking forward to the other subtle mods exhaust upgrade etc. I think your right though, you could quickly overdo in the mods area if you wanted to. Subtle changes to this gorgeous wagon are the way to go. You have a new sub out of me. Keep it coming bud.

Looks like you've got a rear center arm rest in that G81. We do not have that option in our G80's out here. Maybe we can order that part for our US spec g80's.

Hi Joe, nice video as always and your new M3 touring looks pretty cool indeed! However, although they are practical I still don‘t like your carbon mudflaps. For me they ruin the looks of your otherwise beautiful car am affraid.
Why not ppf the bumper lip? if you de-badge back do the front grille too? Tint the rear bumper reflectors. They still work but the look great. I had spec’d mine the same but with the orange interior, then just couldn’t deal with the front end. Another mod, bronze the diamond cut bits
Joe, great car. What is the make/model of the boot liner please. Also if you are serious about caring for it, thr best, lifelong, serviceable and quiet (84 db max) pressure washer is a Kranzle. I will never need another. Joy to own and use. The M3 of pressure washers. Enjoy.
A convo about pros and cons of debadging 😂 such a 1st world problem, not crazy about that color to be honest, but its matter of taste. Bmw dont work well with front splitters it seems. Before looked better than now but again matter of taste..
Taking all of that beautiful balanced driving that BMW set up, and throwing it all down the drain. Also, how stupid is it to take a very practical estate car, and then make it a pain in the ass to go up ramps and speed bumps because you want to add a carbon fiber splitter up front?
Nice, next upgrade M Performance 1000 M 20's in gold or black square set up. PPF on the rear of the carbon seats for the mountain bike days - peace of mind.
@@JoeAchilles1 I have a 2018 F82 comp and I love using it as daily driver. I put carbon mud guards on after the 10mm spacers and I would have them on all future cars as they look oem. I’d love a G81 like yours but they are €170k in Ireland due to our taxes! You UK bmw fanboys have it easy! Enjoy
The car looks amazing. Enjoy it and keep it for a while and don't sell it within two weeks of getting it coated like I did with my JCW Mini. Mind you I got the chance to buy my dream spec i-Pace HSE on air with 22" rims so it was worth it.

Don't the mods now invalidate the warranty? The reason i'm reluctant to even minor mods to my suspension is it'll kill the factory or extended BMW warranty, does that not concern you? Still the car looks decent, but i'm one of those whoz really not a fan of de-badging it always feel it gives i a _cheaper_ look, IMHO. The new rear spoiler is much better. Mud/stone-guards - function with a bit of form, luv it! 👍 The bumper protector doesn't look like it completely coveres to the edge so could be still caught (as happened on my car). Now you've changed the suspension parts are you going to take it to a proper tuning company to give the correct suspension alignment to improve the handling?

Why would you just do springs on the front? Probably handles worse with mismatched spring rates, like you are a rich TH-camr what are you doing?
Eiabch have tested just the front drop alone on the G8x cars and it’s fine
