I use kester 63/37 but no, I am not squirting solder paste into the board that would make a real mess of things. I'm adding flux so that the solder I've already stuck to my iron can flow into the joints.
This is not a professional style because PCB mask scratch and print are broken this type c jack easily remove using soldering sucker and normal soldering iron with out any damages
Also what kind of soldering paste do you use? I assume that's what's you are squirting on the PCB both to resolder and solder the connections correct?
