I buy those boxes, too! Generally I just cut a hole in the side (like 6 inches by 6 inches), rip a hole in the bag inside and pull from there as needed. Then it doesn't expand. :-) Congrats on the great sale - I loved your booth set up.

I’ve seen some vendors with the grid boards and baskets to hold all the different items.
We've seen those too! We prefer the table displays but the grids look like they work great!

The only reason I would figure supplies is because you've bought a lot of yarn, bags, storage containers, signs, totes, tables, etc. I would want to keep track of all of that.

This one was a little hard at times to watch because there was a lot of uh-huh, yeah, and then interrupting each other.
