Great video, gives good tips, but I have this problem, I went through an Embouchure change and i have the problem of a bunched chin or pinching in the middle of my aperture, what should I try doing to get rid of that habit?

Great video but for me as a beginner who was doing well all of a sudden I’ve seemed to have lost strength. I cannot even buzz in my mouthpiece anymore. It makes me feel like I should quit. Perhaps I damaged my embouchure.
