I get now! I was thinking about the dimly lighted spaces and I realize the interior lighting control on the left of the steering wheel was probably adjusted to the lowest setting! I'm such a knuckle head. I cannot wait to test it out when I order a 2021 AMG GLE 63 S Coupe.
JayGTestdrives, thank you for the POV video on this vehicle. I noticed something a little peculiar with this vehicle. There was no interior lighting in each door handle, bottom door storage and foot wells for both the front and rear seats. I also could not see the ambient lighting around the center console handles but perhaps your POV did not focus in that area. I could not see the steering wheel button lights as well, perhaps because of the camera settings. FYI, but I absolutely loved the night drive! Thank you.

Ambient light kinda not that cool,s class from 2014 has better,hell my cls facelift from 2017 with "custom" oem ambient light from aliexpress is better,but everything else pristine.
well if you got CUSTOM ambient lighting just for that then no shit its better but its good for what it is especially compared to its competitors. Also why would you compare an S class to a GLE even if its from 2014? seems like a dumb pointless comparison to me.

What you don't have that I'm getting is the star to light up on the grill. I have to have that in my 2022.
If the car is equipped with Distribic Plus, the star light cannot be an option as it interferes with the camera in the front

Yes it has active brake assist, it brakes to avoid collision, it helps you apply pressure to the brakes if you react to slow in emergency situations.
