Nice video, felt like I just went on a dive! I liked following the Butterfly fish, and I was happy to see the Scrawled Filefish. The markings on them and the way they change colors is amazing. Such a cool fish.
yes, they are very cool. it's hard to see their florescent purple / blue spots but they look so colorful in person. they're hard to get on camera as they take off pretty quick normally.
I miss Cozumel !

GoPro Hero 7 Black. 2.7K 60 Fps with Snorkeling Filter (magenta) But I think TH-cam only shows 1080 regardless so not seeing the actual 2.7k
how do you know about all these locations ?
I look up online most popular spots and then I check the google map for reefs and interesting locations and create a bucket list and then subtract down to the most interesting spots based on time I'll be there
Wow you actually did this without oxygen? How deep it Chichen itza? Wanter if I can get there without oxygen..

@@kokalti Off of Ave Rafael Melgar just North of the Cozumel Car Ferry is the Wyndham Cozumel Hotel and Resort which is on the inland side of the street. Right across the street on the ocean side of the street is a Yellow building which you can see at 2:55 mark in video. There is a little boat dock extending out in front with a line going out with white floats. It's about 50' out from there. You will come across a huge cement round wall looking thing laying flat with metal bars in the middle, it's a little further out from there. it's all pretty close to shore and very easy to find. If you ask locals in the area, you will get all sorts of confusing and ridiculous directions. Local Snorkelers know about it though. There is a shore reef empty lot right next to that yellow building you can enter from. The rocks are very jagged to walk on though.
Well here is my story:
The good: I found the pyramid and it was awesome diving around it.
The bad: my bag with 600 pasos and airbnb key and some clothing got stollen off the rugged shore. Asshole must has checked when I was diving down so they can take the stuff. Good thing I didnt take my phone with me. Airbnb guy told me it happens a lot over there. The funny thing is that they are starving for tourists because no one wants to buy their crap on the streets and yet their people doing stuff like this. Bad impression for the kind of people living there. I know I wont be back and will get the word out which will result in even less tourists. Maybe they can then rethink stealing from us.

@@OceanEarthGreen at least I didnt take my phone with me. Im glad you told me that you dont take any valuables with you. Thats when I decided to leave my phone behind. Otherwise I was going to take it. That would have been so much worst so thank you. It’s also unfortunate because I still wanted to see the Jesus statue but it’s ok. I will pass on that now.
