This didn't fix my problem. But, the "analyze wait chain" function told me that D3DOverrider was waiting for Bluestacks to close, so I closed that and now D3DOverrider works!

Hi, I didn't hear a ding sound on any of them, I think it is because D3D doesn't work on windows 10, so I just gave up trying to use it :)
