Woooow. I love that home. I love the space for family gatherings and the dance studio. The kitchen is nice. Love the huge window that brings some of the outside in. The garage is nice too. Usually with the different garages in a home there would be a 2car and a one car seperate, but those were all tied in together. Love the balcony and the private balcony for the master, not to mention the stacked washer/dryer closet in the suite. Everything was really nice. I cant afford nothing like that but i love to watch because i love beautiful homes made for families and for entertaining family. Nice video

Personally I think the former owner should of fixed the imperfections, people are looking for perfection when spending that type of money; other than that a nice home needless to say.
I would never pay this price for a home like this. That kitchen doesnt even compare to a $400,000 house kitchen and the master was a disappointment best feature is the pool although the view suck

Most people prefer a house that's staged so it could give them an idea of how the house could look like once they're moved in and a house that stage is more appealing to the eyes. An empty house limit the potential of the house (in my opinion). So I prefer a stage house.
The windows are called casement. The main purpose of the operable glass panels at the front door is too clean the outside of the glass. The over flow/ reverse valve you pointed out in the back yard is called an anti siphon valve for the irrigation system.
I would love to decorate this one or any of them I keep a village up year around and il love keeping the snow fresh the stores and houses add ons I Love shopping for my minager people thank you Mr chakit for the tour it really means a lot to me. God bless you and your family
Cracks in the wall's Cracks in the floor! pool pumps are going out ( you can hear that ) . lights don't come on! and a Shitter 10 feet away from the Kitchen. no covers on a lot of the switches ! doors don't shut!! Smoke detector is wacky !! Carpet flooring is worn out!! 2.8 ???? ya NO!!!

The first thing I noticed is the cheap, basic garage doors. Just like the ones on my 400,000.. House. This house seems seriously over priced. Love your videos. If we ever move to Vegas you’ll be the first person we call!
My first instinct would be to say it's overpriced because it needs updating, but when you begin to check out new homes of this size, that don't come with a lot of the amenities this one has, when you start adding on extras like an elevator, and built-in cabinetry, you'll end up with a house way more expensive than this one.

Really looking at the carpet in the entertainment room it looks somewhat shabby and that is being kind considering the way it looks, and love how he says about the crack nothing to worry about and need a little work, they are asking nearly $3,000,000 dollars for the property needs more then a little work
I don't care where a real estate broker lives. What I care about is what they bring to the table when it comes to representing me as a buyer or seller. If you keep working as hard as you are now, someday you might live in a house like the one you are showing in this video!
I don't know how I missed this one. But I noticed most of the comments are saying the house is dated.....but there's a few things people are missing....2.8mil..is negotiable. As well as location, location, location. this is a solid house on a portion of a acre with 7000 + square feet..in one of the most prestigious community in this area.... The outdated look of the house as I'm seeing it is only about a 100k . 200k if you want to go all out.... That little cosmetic work is nothing compared to the market value in the future... It's little because if you can afford $2mil for a house. Then a extra $200,000 to get it up to market speed is nothing..... The anchors in that community will help you double what you put in it under a year.......
Lovely home but it can definitely use some upgrades but the downfall for me is the bathroom that’s next to that kitchen I don’t like that that’s is something I would definitely be very strict on if I’m buying a house or building one no bathrooms near my kitchen or dining area that’s just me that’s just to much for me I would want a bathroom way on the other side but the front door or living room. But other than that it’s a beautiful big home I love the space it has that’s definitely a plus. However I think I would buy that Lot next door and rebuild the house similar but with all the upgrades and may add an additional 2 bedrooms I feel it maybe better to do that Cause the money you spend on upgrades that’s adds up and u may find yourself paying close to that new empty lot price to build a brand new home so I would much rather rebuild it on the on a new lot with all the upgrades and add additional 2 bedrooms and make that pool a little bigger.

pipe in the closet is likely a vent for the shower drain on the other side of the wall . Drains HAVE to have a vent to suck air for the drain to work properly . That's SCIENCE !!

One thing I always find crazy about American houses is that skimmed plaster walls are considered a luxury. You can't buy a newer house here in England that don't have them. Some people put a kind of cottage cheese wallpaper over a roughly plastered wall in older houses but skimmed walls are the defacto choice of anything new or well maintained.

It's funny that Chakits always says that the straight edged smooth wall texture is hard to do and expensive, that's must only be in Vegas! In Chicago all walls are straight edged and smooth and adding texture is an extra cost.
