This is the best house yet just wow. I think this little dots on the wall you were pulling on are temperature probes for the HVAC system. They are used to try and equalize the temperature throughout the house when you set the thermostat.
I was going to say that as well, those are temperature sensors, our church has those as well. They are used to keep different zones of the house at a comfortable temperature. They also have those on the ceiling to detect fire and smoke.
That burgandy paint is GORGEOUS outside the powder room...against the cream. Very Warm and Lucious.

People get me with these types of homes and have no interior decorative in them at all from what I've seen. Kitchen is small for that size of home. The home is built well you can tell and the master upstairs is nice.
This house is super delicious!! I wouldn't know what to list first as my favorite thing in the house!! There are too many high end top of the line things to list!! Incredible design and decor throughout this beautifully detailed property!! Also whomever purchases this very nice home I'm sure will be able to afford paying the electric bill whatever it may be monthly!! Everyone can definitely appreciate what this property has to offer! Terri Troutner I would brighten up the house by changing the floor into a white marble with black mixture... the walls painted white with dark charcoal accent walls throughout he home... this way I can add any color furniture (reds,blues, oranges, greens and painting to the walls... I would change the cabinets in the kitchen/bathrooms throughout the home some black cabinets/ some possibly blue cabinets with colored subway tile...I would add led lighting throughout the bath rooms and hallways...things like that....either way it’s still a beautiful home

Absolutely stunning home, I'd like to get stuck there for quarantine, could swim, watch movies, play on the putting green, enjoy the solarium and maybe play hide n seek. Pity the HOA is 1k a month. I noticed some solar, maybe that's for the pool. The pool was the only thing I was a big disappointed in, it didn't seem very big and the tree hanging over the water would mean more work for the pool boy. I'd love to know how much this sells for in the end. This house needs a family to live in it, like 4 kids at least. Thanks for the long tour! I, too, love the modern. But, you can learn a lot from this style of house, as well. It has a different vibe. The color wheel does not change depending on the style, so you can learn a lot about design from a home like this.
The stone work is not heavy, here. as opposed to some of the Tuscan designs. The contrast between the stone, is well, can I say it, like wow. This place is quality. Love that wine cellar. the theater, the whole kit and kaboodle.

I was just saying the other day....that I like the old "wind" openers for windows. Like the old days. I think they are more secure as well. Lovely touch. I hope they open all the way..not just partially. You sure cannot jimmy them open..extra safety feature.. The glass would have to be broken to enter thru them...not by wrenching them open. It gives another layer of security. I like it.

I was yelling at you when you was the kitchen trying to open that appliance door. There was a lever beside the door. I was yelling push that lever lol. Love the outside too.
Whomever built/designed this home had vision and creativity. This is the first home that I have seen that has a real true wine cellar. Wine cellars should be in a cool area away from sun light. In those modern homes all the wine cellars are on the main floor of the home with clear glass, and that sours the wine. Beautiful, just beautiful. Love, love this home. Designer carpet, just gorgeous. I could deal with the carpet on the steps, but it could be changed. Love this home. I think its worth every penny. Love the doors, just love this home. I could have herbs all year round with this house and not even go outside. Thanks for showing this work of art...its beautiful. TY

Truly a gorgeous home, I would put screens in all of the windows and patio doors because I would have them open during the pleasant weather, I don't like insects like mosquitoes. I could actually live in that last master bedroom area.

Usually when looking at a home it's a few things I could name that the home didn't have.. but with this home here, I can't really think of anything other than pot filler on the wall behind the stove.. over than that... it's number 1 on my list.

I love so many things about this house. especially when the filming first started around the outside of the house and then a little garden areas and the way the plants are implemented to like your indoor and outdoor at the same time. But once we entered the house I found it very drab. The colors the dullness of it. It was almost depressing. So although you know you go in and decorate it yourself and certainly change the coloring it would be an absolutely breathtaking almost a castle.
Wow What a house. Loved the court yards. Thought pool was small for that large of a home. Lot of expensive features. All the hallway was a bad use of space. I notice a lot of Las Vegas houses have all the hallways. Seems to be common there. Closet's seemed small but over all a well built beàutiful home. Expensive but you are getting a lot.♥️
The landscaping is very well planned, just narrow bushes close to the home, just gorgeous. For a older home...its move in ready….not much to be done, or changed. If I could afford it, I'd move in. Great attention to detail, honestly. This fella must have been in the business for years. Loved that orange light fixture in the ceiling. Loved the kitchen. I just love this home. A lot of up keep, but wow. OM...

This house has a very nice shape to it. It flows well. The foyer is nice. and the mini foyer entrance to the master bedroom...also very nice. Scary with those colors...if you want to call them that... but nicely shaped. Very masculine.
