Beautiful transformation! Wow, that traffic was a bit scary! I realize you sped up the video a bit, but the traffic was really moving. God bless. Stay safe. ❤😊🌿🚗🚛
Brian, Great job on this one. Someone should tell the homeowners that they need to do more then make a half as*ed effort in maintaining their lawn and they physically need to get off their a** to do it. Of course they want someone to mow it and clean it up for free. The grass behind that privacy fence looks just as high. That is laziness at its finest. My husband works 12 hour days 6 days a week and our lawn is mowed every week, with a push mower, and we have a quarter acre..
Ah yes, the old ''corner lot"....lol. Brian, you did your usual spectacular job, and this was a lot of work, especially for one person, but you knocked it out like it was nothing. I'm sure the homeowner was thrilled to have it back to a manageable height. Those chunks of grass you picked up was like wall to wall carpeting!! It's nice to have the walkways clean for the neighbors that might want to take a little stroll from time to time. Great job !!!
Mr Brian that burning in legs is a pinched nerve. You may want to talk to your doctor. I've had back and neck surgery but mine is different I was in a accident. I'm praying for you.god bless!
That was incredibly satisfying Brian! All that curly weeds and grass on the street you picked up, awesome 😊. That was so overgrown, its always a joy to watch corners, sidewalks and curbs get cleaned up, night and day. Great job Brian, now cool off!
Great job, although a little too close for comfort along that busy street. Keep them coming, you are an amazing individual spreading nothing but GOODNESS throughout this world!
You are such a good guy Brian. You did a great job and really made a difference to this whole area. That shoveling work is brutal. Get some rest. Thank you and stay safe in the heat.
Thank you for all your efforts in assisting the less fortunate. One suggestion: mow everything first. Trim/cut whatever is left over. That way you don't have to fight with the tall grass with your edger and line trimmer.
You killed it on the parkways and I groaned when I realized how much work those edges would take. So much grass that you dug and threw, oh my word 😱. Nice job 🙌🙌🙌💯💚💚💚.
I'm not even 9 minutes in and I am amazed how you just keep going! This is a tough one for sure. Thank you for making a difference. Take care of your back, that is a major workout!
You always do such a great job. I enjoy your videos. There's no excuse for this family to wait for such a long time to want to mow their lawn. It's called being fat and lazy. I would have not taken the job especially free. Pay yes but not free
You never know what anyone is going through! My husband (81) and I (70) kept a beautiful yard filled with lovely trees, wonderful flowers, and a little vegetable garden for many many years. Then he had heart surgery and developed balance problems. I had heart problems and some blown disc's which led to depression. We watched our place just die little by little! Still, we made sure the grass was cut. Now, 2 years later, thank God we are both able to do some limited yard work. I love seeing my flower beds come back to life, he takes great pride in trimming the trees and shrubs. Slow but sure it is looking better, now using tubs to grow veggies, condensing and changing the flower beds to a more manageable size, lots of work yet to do but it's very satisfying to us. It never got as bad as this yard Brian completed but to us it was a disaster! So yes, things happen out of your control and one of the first things to let go seems to be your standards for your property. Please think before you put someone down for their yard, you just never know. Extend grace and thank God it never happened to you.
WOW! Side hustle: selling sod & soil - fill in your lawns low & bare spots!!! You're just awesome Brian. 🎉🎉

Your working ethics are in the extraordinary category, bless you.
Thanks so much 😊☺️ Blessings to you
Brian, Great job on this one.
Amazing transformation!! Please stay hydrated in this heat!!
What an amazing job.thank you for all you do to help others.
Me when I saw the curbs and sidewalks: 😱😬🙄😩. You are such a godsend to those people, so Kudos to you Brian. 👍🙏🇺🇸
Lol 😆 always appreciate hearing from you Darla! Hope you have a great one ☺️😊👋🇺🇸
@@TopNotchLawns TY. You too.
Amazing transformation Brian. The hard work you put into helping folks can be a lesson to us all !!
Thanks 😊👋👋
Mr Brian that burning in legs is a pinched nerve. You may want to talk to your doctor. I've had back and neck surgery but mine is different I was in a accident. I'm praying for you.god bless!
That was incredibly satisfying Brian! All that curly weeds and grass on the street you picked up, awesome 😊. That was so overgrown, its always a joy to watch corners, sidewalks and curbs get cleaned up, night and day. Great job Brian, now cool off!
Fantastic job! Over and above the call of duty!! 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻🎉
Thanks 👋👍
Great job, although a little too close for comfort along that busy street. Keep them coming, you are an amazing individual spreading nothing but GOODNESS throughout this world!
Wow dangerous street there , cars flying by, great job as usual!🥰👍🎉
Everybody in a hurry!! 👋😊
Great job on the lawn Brian! Looks like there wasn't to much shade on this one . Stay safe .
Brian, safety vest, young man!! Great job
Oh man Brian! That was crazy indeed and the traffic made it more so! Scary moments a few times watching them drive past. Thank you. 🙏❤️🇦🇺🇺🇸
Thank you 😊😊👋 everybody in a hurry!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
You killed it on the parkways and I groaned when I realized how much work those edges would take. So much grass that you dug and threw, oh my word 😱. Nice job 🙌🙌🙌💯💚💚💚.
What's sad is they're responsible to keep all that property up. And they can't even use it because the sidewalk is so far away from the street.
From the looks. Of the traffic you risked your life to do that curb, take care, fantastic job. 😮
Everybody in a hurry!!
1st on this video and 1 st in your heart...
Aw ❤️❤️😊👋👍
Can't help but wonder what was stopping that guy from coming back out to help you with his own yard... 🫤 great cleanup though!
Has any neighbors ever approached you and offered to to help you?
I have had many come over and say thank you and have had a homeowner or to help pick things up etc.
