on point Anudeep ji. recently I got into healthcare startup as a intern. And from starting onwards I am working under head of designer and senior product designer. my day to day tasks are understanding how they are solving the problem, what process and methods they are following for that particular problem, contributing on there projects and my project. whenever they give me any work related to design I used explore different way to do that and take feedback at every stage with my HOD, one thing I wanted to tell you guys is that if you have got good set of people in a team who really want you to grow and learn. then isse badi chiz kuch ho he nhi sakti. people used to say UX designer job is easy but it is not. bass design he to karna hain but Aisa nhi hain bilkul bhi. design karne se phele bahut saari chizo ko dekhna hota hain. and design karna wo to baad ki baat hain.

I'm having some difficulties understanding you clearly. with your heavy accent, it would be helpful if you could try to speak a bit slower, maintain a steady rhythm, and emphasize your pronunciation and intonation for better clarity. Additionally, I think you should minimize your movement while speaking, as it can be slightly distracting. Lastly, I think you should move a bit away from the camera. I apologize if my comment sounds harsh, but I believe constructive feedback can lead to improvements.
