Great tips! I’m turning 53 soon and just started incorporating weights regularly. I’m also finding I can’t tolerate as much sugar, even natural sugar in fruit. I’ve been struggling to get in the proper amount of protein. So working on swapping foods to up protein and decrease sugar. Keep inspiring us!

I am 62 and it took a lot of research to figure put what was happi g to my body. I have been exercising, hiking, biking for years but I still had to make so changes to feel my best. Weights are definitely rhe thing to add to your workout.
Everything you are saying is resonating with me. I am leaning into a plant forward eating lifestyle. I tried it for a couple of weeks and felt better. I went back to meat and started having aches and pains again. I am on staycation and detoxing by avoiding meat. I am ok with eggs and yogurt. I haven’t had any affects from them because I don’t eat them all the time. I have noticed avoiding excess sugar is helping as well. Thanks for the suggestions.
