  • Here is a list of a few things I used to build. Now not all links will work as stock runs out so you may have to do a little leg work of your own and figure it out. I can't do everything for you so you might actually have to work for it!

That looks like a darn nice dump trailer and the lifting angel seems to be more then enough for dumping a full box. Great build.

Very nice!! Stronger than it looks. I'm also trying an aftermarket lift mechanism for my soon to be built 8X4 Tipper Truk! Ill need almost 60lbs (NO kgs here!!) 😋 So I hope it's up to it.

That's cool , you used 35 pounds and in Ontario can. You would typical load it to 35 tonne , good job !!

That was great. 35 lbs. and it lifted it like nothing, at least that’s how it appeared. Now my question is, did you build that trailer from scratch, or is it part of a kit? If it’s from scratch, I’d really like to see how you did it. As always sir, you’re an inspiration, thank you for sharing.

It was not a kit and not really from scratch. I bought a Hercules trailer kit and then a 28" long dump box off Ebay. Combined the 2 together, then added a 3rd axle. Then, I had to figure out a lift mechanism that would work. There were multiple ways I could have done the lift. If time allows, I will post up links to some of what I used to build. Just can't do all that until I get access to a computer on Monday.

It was me throwing a bunch of stuff together and trying things until IO found something that worked for me. I could have by the time i was done bought something already built, but I don't learn anything from someone else's build.

@@dennybobsrcconstructionagc2796 that’s true, you find out what works or doesn’t, it’s all about getting the knowledge. I’ll be looking forward to more content from you.
