I believe they should've let him keep his prizes since he did spend money on them, but I think it was reasonable to kick him out. I mean, if you work in an arcade and some guy is rigging all the crane machines and demonstrating it, it's preventing more money from being spent on the machine to win. Which causes the arcade to make less profit. Also, they don't know Roi personally so they don't know if he would just keep doing it anyway after they left. I mean, it's not that big of a deal to be kicked out though, Roi can always just go back another day or something and it's not like the employees totally yelled at him and got upset or anything either.
