You sure could have used photoshop for me. I’m getting old. My mind thinks I’m 20 but after seeing this, I know I’m not. Thanks again for visiting Ringers. You’re welcome anytime.
I can tell you this as a former employee, Russ Scott is a self made man that is retired military, that is where the efficiency comes from, I have been in this industry for over 30 years and have never come across a shop like this. Hands down the most top notch outfit I’ve ever worked for, and from top to bottom a smart and efficient staff.
Wow absolutely beautiful. Thanks for the shop tour Brian. Is your brother still building web sites? I'm definitely going to need one next spring. And if he isn't who would you recommend?
You bet brother! Yep, Adam and Branded Bull are doing great things. We just shared a really solid webinar with them just last week, tons of nuggets and great tips on there, check it out! ❤️
Leave it to Brian to help me with my business in a way that nobody would have guessed. I just remembered I had to do a quote for a property in Crystal Lake. I've been by past there it's an impressive facility.
This is not only super clean and organized but looks really good. Makes me want to go into the lawn care business. Also, what is the name of the podcast??
Very impressive leader, facility, and company. I also just listened to the podcast. The one thing I don't understand is that he said that with office staff they have close to 200 employees...I don't understand how they afford that many employees with $12 million revenue?
Hey man when are you going to be picking up the new Redmax ebz 9000 backpack blower from weingartz and I can’t wait to see the lawn care trailer setup for this year
This guy really seems like he comes from money. I’m around guys that have built various businesses from the ground up and are very successful but this just feels like he had lots of money behind him. If he did it on his own 100% respect. To achieve this a very difficult and rare.
What difference does it make! ZERO! I don’t care if Russ started with a Million, 10 Million or Absolutely Nothing! It’s all about the Entrepreneurship Drive, Ambition, Goal Setting, Focus and Discipline to be successful! It’s guys like you that make excuses to keep you where you’re at therefore you attack those who have succeeded in order to make you feel better about being unsuccessful!
@@rlscott1266Beautiful well organized operation well done sir!! 👍👍 Thanks for sharing your story and knowledge in order for others to learn and assist them to become successful! 👍
Reinvest as much as you can for as long as you can. Build an excellent culture. Pay yourself out of your business. Think long term and remember why you started your business as things get big or tough. Not everyday is going to be fun but over the long haul entrepreneurship has been an incredible experience. Just some ideas to help you!
Whole lotta shiny expensive toys that dont look like theyve ever seen a day in the field . I dont care how well you look after stuff , if it gets used it doesnt look like that for long . Spending just to spend lol
You realize that everything they have is in the field, trailers, and on landscape trailers, right? All of that went out the shop gate at 7am to job sites or was already on one. Although they definitely have a bank roll of equipment, I assure you they're putting in the work.
Thanks again for the tour Russ! If you guys want to leave their incredible team some encouragement, drop a comment below! ❤

Awesome!
Loved this shop tour! There are so many elements of his operation that can be paired down to smaller operations and even more that can be grown into!
Totally!
Enjoy the tours. Picking up some good ideas.
Just seeing this tour. Absolutely impressive!
Just starting out my company. I was out picking weeds yesterday and I was like damn this sucks but I’m staying focused on the long term goal!
Amazing facility! Had no idea they even existed and I live like 20 minutes away.
Just his processes alone are impressive. It's not easy getting that culture built in with that many people.
So much motivation!
Keep it coming from Phill and Sarah Parnham from New Zealand 😊
love this! keeps me motivated!
You should do East Coast facilities next!
I’ve heard they’re a huge outfit!
Love your work!!!

Under the radar till now lol.
Hey Brian, we appreciate these videos! A suggestion if possible, what do you think of going on site and seeing the tool setups/organization for crews?
I like that. Perhaps we can do a trailer setup series next year ❤️
Come down here to Texas!!
Where?
This is not only super clean and organized but looks really good. Makes me want to go into the lawn care business. Also, what is the name of the podcast??

Around 125 I think in the summer. 50-75 additional helpers and subs likely for winter work.

We’ll see buddy!

Hey sir! Not a dime was given to me. Started with nothing but a $5k credit card in the 80’s just out of the military.
Bro didn’t even watch the video. They started 2007. Just another complaining bitch.

Takes financing to get this big this quick, but like Russ said, he didn’t come into it with money. Just a team and a vision.
19:00 im definitely doing this!!!
Do you use QuickBooks or yard books and what is the difference?
He uses LMN.
We used both QB for accounting/finances and then Yardbook for routing and CRM info. Today we use QB+LMN Pro plan. ❤️
Wow
Hey man you are missing a new Redmax backpack blower because you have three blowers Racks
No news yet bud!
Crystal Lake huh… That’s 30 mins from me
how do they get customers? please do a video on that. shop is nice but how the hell you get to that point?
hey brian , based on your own travels, tours, and opinions.. what area or state in USA has the most prestigious lawn care companies?
Nope. These gems are everywhere!
What did Covid have to do with the logo on the wall
As the owner of a multi million dollar business what advice would you give a 14 year old starting a landscape business?
