It's a shame the CrossFit crowd are hijacking Hyrox though... I actually enjoyed my first Hyrox - but there are too many people taking themselves too seriously now (CrossFit peeps usually)... And as a result I'm no longer doing Hyrox (I don't want tarred with that particular brush)

As you get older you cannot hammer yourself into oblivion every day anymore……it’s more like hammer yourself….recover for 2 days and try again😂😂

The only way i can explain crossfit is that it was invented to keep physios and orthopaedic surgeons busy and their mistgage payments up to date.
Funny thing is, powerlifting, soccer, running and gymnastics have similar injury rates as crossfit. Olympic lifting has even higher injury rates.
American Football has like 10x the injury rates of crossfit :D
