Well, this time the sponsor won. Didn't use your link, found a local seller. I'm positively surprised by how well the Shokz work. Great to hear podcasts *and* birds when outside.
I’m a 5ft7 120lb Canadian woman studying and working for minimum wage, training at the worst gym in town, with great joints and a full head of hair (and yes, a sunny disposition). CLOSE ENOUGH. STILL LOVE THESE VIDEOS.
@@yourenotwrong3511she said she’s studying which probably means she needs a part time job with flexible hours. If she had options that paid more, she’d probably take them, but not everyone is so lucky.
@yourenotwrong3511 because I’m doing a PhD in Astrophysics at one of the top universities. For now I’m ok being paid minimum wage because 1) it won’t be for long, my post-graduation salary will not be minimum and 2) I love what I do.
So refreshing having a bloke that doesn’t dribble bullshit on TH-cam for views and selling programs, cook books etc. been here for a long time, motivated me to do so much. Cheers big fella
Canadian woman who runs a business and works 80 hours a week. I squeeze in the gym every morning 5 times a week and do an hour walk at night whenever I can. I lost 100 pounds over a 5 year period. Hoping to lose 25 pounds this coming year. I started well north of 300. Progress everyday.
As a 5’7” Canadian woman with 2 self employed jobs, I feel seen - kind of 😂😂😂 congrats on your path back, I’m trying my first 50k tomorrow and I’ve been inspired by your runs over the years - when I’m swearing at 43km, I will be channeling my inner Mark Lewis.
Ohhhhh... Good luck if you're running right NOW! You can do it! You got this!!!!! If you recall feeling some random positive running vibes from a Southern direction during your run, I'm claiming it. I sent them. It was me! 😇🤣
brillant as always! from a 61 one year old Canadian who started to run just a couple years ago ... and who just ran her first half marathon! You (and Jen) are quite the inspiration, thank you! ❤
I’m appreciative of your content. It’s a reminder that a fitness journey isn’t linear. Give yourself a break from time to time and return to it when you are ready. I’m back into it now.
As a 55 year old New Zealander, who is a stress eater, I love your channel. In 2021 I was finally able to get in great shape for me, until getting a back injury and a thigh tear. I got back on track, until a broken fibula and a bacterial gut infection ruined me for all of 2023 and part of 2024. I'm slowly trying to rebuild my fitness and health again. That's why I love your channel 😊❤
Oh Mark. 2 years ago you inspired me to get fit, ditch fat, put on muscle, learn to run, Spartan races, half marathons and even a hyrox coming up in November. At only a few months older than you I’m faster and stronger than I’ve ever been. But NSync, what?! I’m sorry, it’s over, I think I need a lifetime of doughnuts and Netflix to get over that revelation! (-;
Taking photos is a key underlooked thing. I will look in the mirror, flex and think I look fine, but photos don't lie to you like the mirror does. When my GP asked what my fitness goals were, I told her I wanted to be more vain. She laughed, but I explained that a big problem I have is not caring enough what I look like and while socially vanity is frowned on, it's a key aspect to health.
Mark, I've loved this channel for ages (basically since you had 16 subscribers), and I still love it because you're so damn relatable. You know this, which is why you keep doing what you're doing (which is why your channel keeps growing). I'm not Canadian, or Martha, but I am a woman. A 35 year old one with two small kids, a full head of hair, and a stressful full time job. I'm actually fit too, but this video applies to me regardless. That's how good you are at relating to people. TL;DR - we're almost as different as we could be, and I still got a huge amount out of this video. Keep it up and thank you!
Mark, I love what you said about your relationship. A good relationship is not just "You're fine the way you are." It's having someone who is willing to say "You're going off the tracks!" or "Ok, we can have one cheat meal this week. You won't keel over afterwards." And in the same way, you are willing to listen to that feedback and act accordingly -- rather than dismiss it or be defensive. I'd wish you luck on your return to fitness journey, but I don't think you need luck! I have no doubt you'll be back to "Above Average" in due time.
I agree, it seems taboo to say that some standards are necessary around body weight, but we accept cutting off gamblers, serial liars, cheaters, drug addicts, and abusers. Of course, there are many people who have stupid standards, the stereotypical older man upgrading to a younger wife, sometimes multiple times. I guess if the only thing that matters is body aesthetics, there are people that do that but there is a balance to living a happy life. If I am 10lbs over my ideal weight, I am not going to be upset with a partner who is 20lbs overweight, a partner who is 40lbs overweight and shows every intention of gaining more weight, that is a problem for the relationship. It shows a lack of respect because who will be taking care of the obese partner if only 1 is gaining the weight? If both do so, that may be equitable for the relationship but still lead to unhappiness. It is better for a partnership if one person can kindly say, 'I've had my struggles with weight, why don't we both sit down and figure out how we can improve our lifestyle so that we can move towards a better weight' and actually keep track of those goals within a flexible timeline but trends or status quo should be discussed as a partnership. Unless one person is just eating everything in sight when they are out of the house, most of the snack food is eaten in a shared living space and is both partner's responsibility.
Love this and identify with so much you said here. Hit 10 years with my partner this year and she's the most amazing support and adventurer--so grateful for her. But also, I literally just lost my father this morning, and we lost our dear pup a month ago, all of top of a couple other big challenges lately that make it seem like life is spinning out of control. This video has been timely reminder to keep living life to fullest alongside those looking to do the same. Cheers!
Appreciate you talking about going from fat > in shape > fat > in shape again and being so open about it. I'm going through the same thing at the moment and setting realistic time frames really hit home. The first time I began to lose weight from being overweight all my life I remember thinking "If 2 years ago when I had this same thought I had just done it I'd be there by now".
Something you said in an earlier video that was very powerful to me: Knowing the difference between motivation and emulation. I think about that every day when I get a case of the "shoulds", i.e. I "should" be this or that, etc... Thanks for all you do!
My 13 year old watches you independently from myself. We both appreciate the genuine approach and a channel that's entertaining and informative without making you feel unmotivated by unrealistic goals and lifestyles. A channel for all
Was called too old at 50! Started training in crumbling garage lifting rocks doing pushups on paint cans pullups on beams got in decent shape at 53 years old!!!
👏 I only kinda wish I was 53 again! I started riding my bike on the velodrome 4 years ago when I was 61 & I’m still getting stronger & faster! Just keep moving and forget the age number!
No rush...like it. In January I gave myself 18 months to shift 5 stone...3 stone done, 2 to go. No point putting pressure on myself... pressure equals stress eating! Keep up with the videos, they're good for your health and they're good for your viewers health... you're saving the NHS millions...you should get an OBE!
Agree, the best thing is to find a way to train that you can enjoy or at least tolerate but do consistently. Wishing for your continued success and personal growth.
This is the best channel. I love your piece on support from your partner. My husband and I have the same feelings on that. I'm also a runner and have told so many people who say "I need to start running" not to bother if they don't enjoy it. It's a miserable sport if you don't like it and there are so many other ways to work out.
OK Mark.. I subscribed. I used to be a very fit, long-distance cyclist. 6 years later, 4 years after moving to the Wine/Food region of SW France (as a 62 year old) I am sedentary and overweight. As a fit cyclist the world used to be quite flat. Now it seems like local councils have been out and increased the gradient on all their roads and I have the lungs of a elderly Gerbil. I have done the Fit-to-fat-to-fit-to-fat journey several times in my cycling journey. I would invest a lot into my cycling goals (usually peaking with a Paris-Brest-Paris event) which left me out of love with cycling. I am well aware that it's a painful road back (literally and metaphorically). Good luck with your road back. Wish me luck with mine. It starts Monday (Yeah ...always Monday right?). My Wahoo Kickr is waiting for me in my Office. My first FTP ramp test awaits also (No way can I contemplate a 20min FTP test right now. My last one, my best ever one, was a a near-death experience 6 years ago. 301W for 20 mins. I can still remember those final 3 minutes).
I've been injured for the last five months and not been able to exercise like I had previously in fact not at all. In that time I've seen weight gain to the point I can't look at myself in a mirror. Thank you for reminding me that I can get back to where I want to be. Good luck in your journey!.
I am now a 69 year old and have been on a fitness goal for most of my life with the inevitable, injuries , lack of motivation , then the recourse and back to fitness again… fought a cancer hit in 2015-2016 , took two years to get back to fitness , and I cannot imagine a life without being fit…. So keep the drive and life will be more fun …..
I love my Shokz headphones. If you love music with lots of bass, these are not for you. But for things like podcast they're great. Best of all you don't have to worry about earbuds falling out mid run or any bacteria growth and things like that. You can hear your music/podcast while being aware of your surroundings all at once.
Thanks for this, Mark! I really needed it. I’m 53, was in great shape after losing 60 lbs, now I’m not in such great shape again. Not 60 lbs fatter but fatter nonetheless. Love what you’re doing, man. Keep it up, please!
love the honesty about your and Jen's love not being unconditional, Mark...too many people lie to themselves and others that their love is "unconditional" when what they really mean is deep and hopefully lasting....IMO, there's no relationship where love is reliably and consistently unconditional although obviously the mother-child is the most likely to be such. Certainly, a healthy spousal relationship should never involve unconditional love!
With 300 days until I turn 50, this was a great video to pop up. Plenty of time for steady gains to hit the big-5-0 in great shape based on consistent effort! Thanks as always for the channel and content.
This is the simplest best advice I’ve seen. My method to getting fitter and stronger has been to eat better whole foods and cut out the added sugar crap, go for regular runs whilst enjoying an audio book or podcast and do several ‘micro’ home workouts a week to get stronger. I’ve entered a half marathon to keep me focused on the running and I’ve set some strength goals to aim for including being able to do free standing handstand push ups and clean muscle ups. It’s working great for me and content like yours also keeps me motivated. Keep up the great work.
Best video in a while. Well done @MarkLewisfitness. The real gold is 10:40 in. “Leave the suffering to those making money telling you you need to suffer”
Mate I love your content, it’s the best, most realistic, informative and entertaining fitness content around. I have recently got back into half decent shape after years of false starts since falling off the wagon a decade ago when we had a kid. I used to do boxing and mixed martial arts from being a teenager all the way through to my late 20s, and I was super fit. I wasn’t happy towards the end though as my body kept breaking down. I had a hard time getting back as I was getting down that I wasn’t as fit and strong as I use to be and kept getting injured or ill. Then I came across your videos and along with some other life changes started to slowly turn the corner and I realised can do it if I change my mindset just a little bit and see it as a marathon not a sprint. And so here I am nearly 40, am I as fit as I used to be, no, but I’m fitter than the average person and a whole lot happier than I was. Thanks for the inspiration mate 👍🏻
I've been watching your videos for a long time now and you were a major factor in me starting to run again. I even got into decent shape. Then I got out of decent shape. Working on getting back into it again! Oh, and THNIG at 10:13 :D
A lot good points here Mark, especially the one about having a level of enjoyment in what you do. If someone told me I had to play football to get fit I think I’d always opt to sit on the sofa. Without going too Goggins I heard something last week that I thought I’d share. No one is ever jealous of the effort you to put in, only the results you achieve.
Ive been on a running journey this year and its been a learning curve for me. I've put on weight, which makes me unhappy. Trying to figure out the right exercises, weight training, run, hills, plyometrics...and food at 67 ! Life long lover of exercise and sport. Love your common sense approach. Another great video !! Thanks Mark !
i've been going through a pretty heavy depressive episode recently, which has led to a lot of binge eating and an additional 20kg and near non-existent cardio. a lof the messages in this video hit the right spot in my head, so thank you.
As a five foot three Canadian woman, weighing one hundred, twenty-six pounds and works three jobs, I do agree that good planning the night before can work for everyone!
Been watching you for years and strangly in the same circumstance. I was at a stage to do ultras, running 70km a week and now struggle to do 10k. Took my foot of the gas and instantly lost all that progress. Back slowly tranning again.
44 year-old German-American, living in Arizona and battling plantar fasciitis (therefore currently not running) and this come-back is just in time. I've taken up Power Zone training on my spin bike and bought a Concept 2 rower, which gives me the cardio I want/need without running. But the month and a half I spent pouting/hoping my foot would heal itself didn't help my loss of fitness.
Great video 👌🏻. Loved your comments in not being in a rush. We've recently had our second child, I've gone from running ultra marathons and sub 20 5ks to being a fat sofa slob. I needed the reminder that it doesn't matter if I'm not back doing that in 10 weeks; I've got loads of time! Keep up the good work.
New video topic suggestion: Why it’s so hard to keep the weight off long term? Where you go into details why you gained weight. It doesn’t seem to be a unique problem to you also. According to the studies I’ve seen most people fail to keep their weight after a diet after a 5 year follow up. Would also be interesting to known more about some common winning practices that the people who actually keep their weight do. For example I did diet cut and lost 10 kg in 2020. But then gained it all back over three years + another 10 kg more(!). First year was probably just because I let go of all control and just ate what I wanted. I had so much cravings after the diet. Then I had a mild depression after a breakup and started emotional/comfort eating. Now no longer depressed and feeling great and I’m almost back at the weight I had before I started the diet back in 2020. A couple more kilos less is my goal but not more than that. I realized now in hindsight that losing 10kg back in 2020 was way too much and not sustainable to keep long term. Thanks again for a great channel! 😊👍
Wearing Shoks on my run today, down hill on a wide path, I could hear some kids on scooters behind me, but ignored it as there was plenty of space &I was walking in a straight line, Unfortunately one little boy had decided not to look where he was going ... We both had a shock! But at least i can't say I didnt hear him coming
I’ve missed your crazy all out mental racing/running/cycling videos. More videos of you pushing yourself to the absolute limit please. Not that I’m saying your other videos are boring, I’ll always watch them all. Even the ones without Jen in them. 😄
Great message and content, Mark. Thank you for being authentic and a voice of reason and moderation in this space. Long term health and feeling good is my goal and great to hear someone with a platform not simply messaging six pack abs and extreme optimization as the only path to happiness. Thank you!
great film, sensible, balanced and engaging. I need to change things at the moment and this will help me especially how my partner encourages/feels about my fitness regime. Thanks Mark
I just wanna say big thanks for being transparent (about everything). AND always so motivating no matter what! I started doing 5K runs after watching your videos (hated running all my life). I have put on 5kgs since then. you say muscle, but it can't be all muscle.. been trying to loose it since, but I haven't been able to. so frustrating.

I just read a study that of all the sports you could do to prolong your life, racquet sports are by far the best. Apparently they can extend your life by more than 10 years. I started playing pickleball with some friends and we are all addicted. Loving the activity you do definitely makes a difference in whether you will continue with your good habits. You can't Goggins your way through life.
Awesome video Mark as always. No matter how crap my day is - seeing that premium power walk never ceases to make me laugh 😂😂😂😂😂😂in a good way. Thank you 😊 👍🏼Al
Such an important message! I do enjoy food, beer and donuts. But only in moderation, and if such, I do not need to overdo it but own that. The same way I own that I really enjoy road cycling. Also, those Shokz are insane! I use them when cycling, doing shores and why not in the shower/bath, like now! 😁
On my way to a 45km trail run so this video is a perfect warm up🎉. You definitely inspired me to push me outside of my comfort zone and try on some longer distances this year. Thanks Mark, keep posting!
Hello, I have recently gone from keto to whole food plant based, or as you call it, to eating stuff. Wow, it’s like I have stepped into a fat vaporizing routine. With exercise I just can’t eat enough to keep my weight on. I also greatly enjoyed the book; “how not to die”. So fun to cook new stuff to eat, now I could eat more, as I now have recipes for plant based stuff. Yay and hurry
Mark! Just want to say for me getting back in shape includes really committing to whole food, plant based diet again. Like WHOLE foods only. 10 days in feeling a TON better. Want to shout out for your commitment to living that way in your own life. Would love to hear how you are eating through this process too. Love and blessing to you and fam!
Thanks for the video Mark. I am in my later fifties and your videos above all others have kept me motivated and working on my fitness. My Fitbit just gave me a bump up on my fitness score that I have been working on for years and I finally hit it this week and a big reason for that is the motivation I gain from your channel.
Belting video!💪😃 Some great, inspiring and motivating messages, and also though provoking. I get where you're coming from in not enabling a loved one from staying overweight and unhealthy - but I do think there is place for "I love and accept you just the way you are" as well. From my own experience, when I'm in a bad way, I'm already beating myself up inside way worse than anyone else could. I sometimes need the people I'm closest to, be compasionate with me while I figure it out myself. But you're right - if they let me wallow and get worse for months/years on end - that's not helpful either. It's difficult. I just want the people I love to be happy and healthy. I guess sometimes there is a time for tough love, and other times - just a big hug and patience? You've got me thinking! :)
I’ve been training for an Ironman, love cycling, love running, I’d say I’m “ above average” at both! I hate swimming! I’m not bad at it I just don’t enjoy it! I asked myself why am I pushing myself to do something I don’t enjoy! What am I getting out of this and am I doing it! Short answer I’ve sacked off the Ironman and gone back to Duathlon, something I actually enjoy doing.
Great video and from a great perspective. Thank you. I’m similar to you, but 7 years further down the road. I do everything possible to keep myself in Peter Pan mode. Have a great weekend and I hope the move goes well. 👍
I stopped wearing headphones since starting training again - was spending 20 mins each time trying to decide what to listen to or looking for my headphones. Now, I just go.
Great vid for me coming back from holiday and convincing myself I’ve shrunken my clothes 😄 and not eating non stop for 3 weeks was causing the issue. top tip on the prep going to sort out my kitchen cupboard with positive prep👍🏻👍🏻
Moving out of Reading to the country-side is going to be a massive culture shock! But in a good way. It can be a bit tough at first to get in with the community - some places seem a bit of a closed shop. Dogs, and here you have an advantage!, are definitely an ice breaker - so get out of your own fields and on to the footpaths! And where you can throw yourself in to the local village life. Enter the pot of jam or cake (vegan, obvs!) into the show, go to the carol service and sing badly but enthusiastically, see the village panto, host an all-comers drinks party. In my experience the community won't come to you, but if you go to them it will be great!
Another tip is having several exercise activities you enjoy so when you're not feeling one there's others to take its place. That way you don't skip a beat. Preferably ones that gives other muscle groups a rest. Otherwise I tend to get burnt out/bored even though I enjoy it.
This is the first video of yours I've seen and you've got me as a new subscriber 👍🏻 Absolute gold! I have a similar mindset. I've been fit and healthy but now at 47 I'm in decline and have serious spine injuries but I am now motivated to get back in shape. I agree with so much of what you said. Don't do things you don't like. Do things you do like. This applies to healthy eating. I don't like cauliflower, so I'm not going to meal plan including diet. I like meat so my diet will be heavy on meat. I don't enjoy weight training so i do weight training. I enjoy calisthenics and kettlebell, so I train kettlebell and calisthenics etc etc and so on. I'm off now to look at the ready of your vids 👍🏻
So much of this is so important, especially the fun bit. But "no rush" is what really resonates. Approaching 53 I have been "in shape" since 51 having been incredibly out of shape at 49 (and if you really want random mid-century numbers, I was 50 when I discovered your channel!). I lost 7 stone, became a half decent (3/5 decent on a good day) runner, and am OK lifter over 2 years by making imperceptible changes to my eating one at a time until I found I'd gone from a diet of crisps and pasties and half a loaf of sliced bread to 7-10 portions of fruit and veg and a balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats; and by consistency - 3 sessions of cardio a week, 3 of resistance training, and 1 or 2 sessions trying new stuff that would be fun. And, of course, following your journey all the way (motivating me to do my thing rather than try to do yours, of course - though I'm with you on swimming being the weak link in doing triathlons)
I hope you don't mind my observation. I am a Australian who has recently broken his wrist and I am also on a return to fitness journey. Going to bed after 11pm and waking up at 6am gives you 7hrs sleep max. I'm guessing it probably around 5-6 hours. You might find by sleeping more you will help your journey.
Love your videos. And I agree on the Shokz, I have been using mine every day for over a year. Also tried other brands and they are not on the same level qualitywise.
The routine night before prep piece is so important. Doing it while getting children ready in the morning or trying to find your kit while your partner is sleeping in the same room as your kit (which invariably is not where you thought it was)… rarely ends well .
Been following you for a few years now. My favourite channel. Love your content and how relatable and 'real life' it is. Plus you're funny and love Top Gun, so that's an added bonus. Will you be building a home gym in the new digs?
Little side note to the sponsored message: I own the Shokz Open Run Pro and I really like them and use them a lot for most of the reasons you mentioned. But the sound quality definitely doesn't match my ear pods (Oneplus and Jabra in my case, both reasonably cheap ones, nothing high end). Also I find wind noise an issue on the bike. So I recommend buying them, but with realistic expectations.
I picked up the new Amazfit Trex 3 to compare to (complement?) my Garmin Enduro 2. I'd love to hear your full take on it. Amazfit is now the Official Wearable Partner & Timekeeper of HYROX.
Super interesting take on your partner loving you the way you are - never thought about it this way. My wife is super supportive in everything I do but this has definitely opened my eyes a bit!
My journey back continues.....while listening to shokz.cc/MarkLewis 😁

There is a thin line between this and men expecting impossible beauty/fitness standards from their wife.

Cheers!
“You so fit.” Good on you, mate. This is real life, and it’s interesting and inspiring to see how you’re approaching it. Crack on.
Shokz are the best. As a runner, I really need to hear what's going on around me and Shokz are the best option!
A channel for all
I apologise for the tiny bit of bad language in this one then 😂
I think he knows more salty words than I do
Shocking parenting then 😂
Was called too old at 50! Started training in crumbling garage lifting rocks doing pushups on paint cans pullups on beams got in decent shape at 53 years old!!!
Just checked your channel garageman brutal training keep it up grandpa 🔥
👏 I only kinda wish I was 53 again! I started riding my bike on the velodrome 4 years ago when I was 61 & I’m still getting stronger & faster! Just keep moving and forget the age number!
No rush...like it. In January I gave myself 18 months to shift 5 stone...3 stone done, 2 to go. No point putting pressure on myself... pressure equals stress eating! Keep up with the videos, they're good for your health and they're good for your viewers health... you're saving the NHS millions...you should get an OBE!
Big or small stones?
18 months sounds perfect...too many people want instant results. Well done, keep going pal
@@irfuel 😂😂 big fat ones! Are Brits the only ones to measure weight in stones? Even when someone talks in pounds I still have to convert it to stones.
@@ben1895 I think so. I never heard anyone else use "stone". Not even the freedom unit crowd.
@@irfuel 😂😂
Agree, the best thing is to find a way to train that you can enjoy or at least tolerate but do consistently. Wishing for your continued success and personal growth.
Real bloke offering some real advice, accepting it isn’t all a one size fits all, love the approach, keep up the great work!
This is the best channel. I love your piece on support from your partner. My husband and I have the same feelings on that. I'm also a runner and have told so many people who say "I need to start running" not to bother if they don't enjoy it. It's a miserable sport if you don't like it and there are so many other ways to work out.
Agree!
I'm finding you have an amazing ability to put out the exact video subject I need at that point. Always a great watch
It's heartening to see you living a real life with its daily trials, good on ya, mate, for inspiring real people.
Habits over goals, baby! Steady habits open you up to possibilities you may never even had as a goal.
Love all this. Great messages. Practical, realistic. It all helps consistency, which is hugely important. Keep up the great work Mark.
love the honesty about your and Jen's love not being unconditional, Mark...too many people lie to themselves and others that their love is "unconditional" when what they really mean is deep and hopefully lasting....IMO, there's no relationship where love is reliably and consistently unconditional although obviously the mother-child is the most likely to be such. Certainly, a healthy spousal relationship should never involve unconditional love!
💯
I love this! What a great sense of humour and realistic tips!
gonna need a full video on your moisturizing routine
8:23 appreciate the slow and steady approach now. Today is my 46th birthday. I'm focusing process knowing results will deliver slowly.
Thanks Mark
This is the most motivating thing you have done. Thank you.
Having a supporting partner & network of friends makes the journey so much easier to start but more importantly to continue with it.
Classic walk scene at the beginning, can't have a video without
The bit about it being not unconditional was very very interesting and helpful
48 year old, 5'10" 240lb Minnesota man who's Fēnix 3 recently died, works in a plumbing wholesale warehouse, and trying like hell to do some sort of physical activity for self-improvement every day.
As a Canadian, I’m very happy this video was approved as being relevant to me. Thank you for that consideration.
New subscriber. Your take on things, humor, and editing are fantastic.
Yep. My diet is almost entirely whole foods. The only processed thing I eat is my vegan protein shake. Diet wise, when I’m on it, it’s good.
@@MarkLewisfitness Awesome, Peace!
Speed walking clips, there can never be too many.
Thanks! Got me motivated for my own fitness journey!!🎉
Glad you’re back! More runs with Nixon please.
great, helpful and entertaining outlook as always. keep them coming.
Brilliant, Mark. Well done. Good luck.
Great vid for me coming back from holiday and convincing myself I’ve shrunken my clothes 😄 and not eating non stop for 3 weeks was causing the issue. top tip on the prep going to sort out my kitchen cupboard with positive prep👍🏻👍🏻
I'm 3mins 11 seconds into this Video and your having my comment... Excellent Video! Being more prepared will 100% help me. Thanks Mark 😁👍🏻
This is the first video of yours I've seen and you've got me as a new subscriber 👍🏻
Absolute gold!
Fantastic content as usual mark!!!!!!
What is your moisturizer routine? You look absolutely glowing.
@@merovekh I bath daily in public admiration 😂
Use bear fat. It’s the best moisturizer 🧴. Only downside is you smell really bad, but what’s more important? Glowing or not?
Great video Mark, enjoy following your Journey
Shokz are brilliant. Had a pair for about 18 months now and love em
Absolutely cracking video thanks.
Love your videos. And I agree on the Shokz, I have been using mine every day for over a year.
Also tried other brands and they are not on the same level qualitywise.
Good luck Mark! Thanks for keeping it real 👏🏾
I've always found ''Comparison is the death of true self-fulfilment'' a way more accurate description than ''Comparison is the thief of joy''.
Little side note to the sponsored message:
I own the Shokz Open Run Pro and I really like them and use them a lot for most of the reasons you mentioned.
Good video. Steady progress a message, consistency and good habits... I really need to take on board rather than feeling it must be all or nothing.
Super interesting take on your partner loving you the way you are - never thought about it this way. My wife is super supportive in everything I do but this has definitely opened my eyes a bit!
