1/8 or 1/10? 2wd or 4wd? Electric or nitro? Bashing or running on the track? Used or new? Too many missing details needed to help.
Given the content of Todd's channel here, assuming you mean 1/8 nitro buggy to run at the track. -- Your best bet is a used Tekno NB48 2.0 or newer, or TLR 8ight X or newer. Reason being
      - there's several out there
      - they're known to be durable (though most brands are)
      - they have strong OEM parts support, including people on ebay that part out new kits so you can get new parts cheaper (great for pricey items, like diff gears, diff assemblies, axles)
      - they have strong aftermarket parts support for upgrades and such (skid plates, switch mounts, bodies, bearing kits, etc.)
      - they're new enough to have several years (probably at least 8 or so) until they become old enough that replacement parts could become difficult to source
      - they're both solid brands that have a good reputation of supporting their older models for a good while even after they come out with newer ones

For those without large parts collections, parts availability is a big issue. I agree with cbh's comment. I've had both the tekno and and the eight, Loved them both. Would think parts support is better for the losi.
