This is a pathological question - the answer depends on how one evaluates the divisions. The exponentiation should come first, and then the divisions should be done right to left. So, the first 81^81 divided by the second 81^81 is 1, and then you divide by 81^81 twice again, so under the radical you have 1/(81^81)^2 = 1/(81^162). Then you take the cube root and are left with 1/(81^54). But 81=3^4, so the final answer is 1/(3^216).
x = 1 because you divide 81^81 by itself once, then divide 81^81 by itself again, then divide 1 by itself, then cube root 1 to get 1.
x^3 1^1÷1^11^1÷1^1 x^3 1 (x ➖ 3x+1).
