I agree that hate towards others is a reflection of what we hate about ourselves. I used to hate the world because growing up my internal narrative was I thought the world hated me, so I hated myself too.
But now, that I love myself internally, I am hopeful and I choose to interpret the world through hope, not fear and hate.

lighter my manager who suggest me but I was hesitant
because I love my natural skin color. Why the darker skin

Kaya kung sakaling ipapanganak man ako muli gagawin ko parin yung mga mali ko noon kasi mainipin akong tao ehh pinaka ayaw ko talaga yung naghihintay lalo na kapag matagal yan yung dahilan kung bakit minahal kona din yung nakaraan.

They're both guests and there's no 'interviewer'. Pia just chose Ayn to be the other guest. That's why the title is 'Stars on Stars'. If you have seen their reference sa mga Hollywood shows, celebrity interviews another celebrity, ayun ang pinaggayahan nila.

Her pace is quite commendable for this kind of interview. You don't need to be so fast in speaking because it might not help you get your message across your audience.
