In this video we will see how to make Paneer Fried Rice in Tamil. This Paneer Rice is an excellent Indo-Chinese recipe which incorporates crispy vegetables and fried cubes of paneer. The secret behind a perfect fried rice lies in making perfect rice in which the grains of rice are separate and not mushy. Also the vegetables should not be overcooked and should have some texture to it. The paneer should be cooked until golden brown and it should be crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.
