What fantastic finds. So much history on that field. I do hope maybe some day you can provide a layout of the land with your GPS waypoints ((no need for the actual coordinates) maybe just a dot on the map to show the difference finds and maybe the years associated within the finds. Come to think of it that sounds like to much work :) I do love your videos. Extremely well put together...always. Thank you again for sharing your finds and adventures!

Super finds again Hans ! That part of the fibula now is what i was thinking it was of that flat part you have find In the movie before 😉 I'm curiuos to see a roundup of al youre finds...maybe a movie of youre showcase and finds ?

Hi Hans. Greetings from Australia.The piece of lead at 3:10 looks like a "Cornucopia" which was an ancient Greek/Roman symbol of plenty of food. There are several different legends about it but it is essentially a Ram's horn with a bounty of fruits spilling out. The symbol has been used for a long time.
Oh Hans, This is an exceptional field. How wonderful. Those silver coins and the fibula turning up so close to each other is just amazing. What a beautiful countryside. Thanks for this episode. It was new to me. Merry Ann from Minnesota

What fantastic finds. So much history on that field. I do hope maybe some day you can provide a layout of the land with your GPS waypoints ((no need for the actual coordinates) maybe just a dot on the map to show the difference finds and maybe the years associated within the finds. Come to think of it that sounds like to much work :) I do love your videos. Extremely well put together...always. Thank you again for sharing your finds and adventures!

der alte constantin, is der hammer. man sieht wieder einmal wie lange die felder schon bebaut werden.
in diesem vorgeschichtlichen siedlungsgebiet wird der konstantin follis wohl sogar noch zu den jüngeren funden gehören :) danke fürs anschauen und kommentieren!

Hey Hans, wat ein Sondeltag für dich, Wahnsinn :) Hammergeile Funde!!! Mit deinen gesammelten Silbermünzen könntest du ja schon ne ganze Schatztruhe füllen! Sehr schöne Münzen, nicht nur die Silberne, auch besonders die römische Münze ist echt der Knaller!

Hi Hans.
Greetings from Australia.The piece of lead at 3:10 looks like a "Cornucopia" which was an ancient Greek/Roman symbol of plenty of food. There are several different legends about it but it is essentially a Ram's horn with a bounty of fruits spilling out. The symbol has been used for a long time.
