For anyone that doesn't need the slow USB input M12 Battery Charging but can benefit from having a light consider the Milwaukee M12PAL-0 M12 Pivot Area Light as that has the benefit of a light and USB-A output phone charging

Up here in Canada their heated hoodies are awesome because we can layer them with our coveralls, but their heated jackets royally suck because they’re too thin to keep out the cold meaning owners have to layer up, which nullifies any electric heat. Maybe the heated jackets are good for someone in Nevada or Arizona, but anyone north of Colorado should skip the Axis line entirely and opt for the heated hoodie.

Good to know! I’ve yet to try any heated gear! I’m looking forward to it! I’m over in Vermont!

I wonder how different this is from the offbrand amazon ones that cost 13$ lol

Great review, it’s clear this device is really handy for trips.

Is this a great review? He doesn't mention its severe limitations, doesn't mention that the included wall adapter can't even put out its rated 15W (and 15W is pathetic even if it could manage it), or its absurd $70 price. This is actually not even a review, it's a best a promo.

@@Lord_zeel That's a fair point. Every product has its limitations, and it's important to consider all aspects before making a decision. I think the price is justified by the quality of the product itself. However, if it really can't deliver its rated 15W, that's definitely disappointing

Glad they got away from micro usb I have a half dozen jackets vests ect between the woman and I. Can you plug it into a USB c android phone and does it say fast or super fast charging? My dewalt 20v topper can do super fast but less batteries to carry the better. I would like to know of the jacket is a barrel plug like it use to be or usb to power it now as well. A long time ago I converted the m12s into running off power banks 40kmamp plus ones for all day power and less kidney stabbing m12 batteries. I'd love to ditch the micro usb cables in my bag one of these years.

Yeah definitely glad it’s usb-c, there is no option for fast or super charge! But it charges my iPhone relatively fast! I’m looking to trying the heated jacket this winter!

I've been using the soft shell jacket for years and mostly for one feature. The best thing in the world even on a fall day is headed hand warming pockets. I'm a warm person don't need the much of the jacket but warm hands is amazing!

The TOP-OFF has a maximum output of 15W (5V at 3A). Most modern phones can charge at 2-3 times that power. Some devices may still consider 15W "rapid" but most will not. Massive L, when Dewalt's version can do 100W. The fact that they aren't providing at least 60W from these 12V battery packs is a joke IMO.

I didn't figure he had the info of x many watts for charging. But it's easy to pug yout phone into it and read a screen if he had a android phone. Yea spoiled or not with the dewalt 66w or 100w pd is very nice id be nice if this could cut down on carring a dewalt battery around. I dont asume that people know technical stuff I word it in a way that makes it simple and easy to check before I consider buying it. I don't have these in stock at stores so I'd have to order it wait for it to come in and turnaround and return it if it didn't charge at any reasonable rate.
