    Hello from Austria. Good decision. Back pain gets old real quick. I got rid of the bench seat in my 64 Mercury Comet as soon as I could. I did look at BMW, Audi and M-B seats but settled for OMP racing buckets in the end. Result: no back ache or having to hold into the steering wheel for dear life in the corners😀

    • @somewhatfast
      @somewhatfast  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      YES!! These old cars are hard enough to drive as it is modern buckets are safer and make the whole experience more enjoyable.

      Great idea, ice-cream sounds great. I haven't gotten the overdrive hooked up yet! I'm still working out the bugs and I need to get an alignment done before I get it up to 70 on the highway. I got the car up to 55-60 and the alignment was really bad (car was wandering) after replacing the tierods. I have all of the parts to hook it up im going to make a video on how I set it all up with a vac swith, and 2 oil pressure switches for the lockup and overdrive.
