- Today we are doing something new! I decided to do a challenge in which I ONLY eat Thai Street Foods that I HAVEN’T had before!
We visit the Sunday Night Market in Chiang Mai again and it is SO much busier and livelier than before - it’s amazing to see Thailand coming back to life!

It Japanese and a piece squid in the middle in pancake batter.White flesh of the coconut they make coconut milk from.In Asia they used a lot in Indonesian dishes,Is common in other Asian countries.

the first one you've tried is takoyaki which originated from Japan it usually have vegetables and octopus in the middle. The first thai dessert you've tried i think it is flan and its not the best version of it I saw a lot of bubbles because of egg whites.. it should have egg yolks sugar and cream and it is really good😁. you should try durian😁.

What an awesome night market! Great life hack for getting change/smaller bills at 7-11. I've heard other vloggers complaining how people at the market rarely have change for large bills.

It’s just a sticker you get at the gate to be able to enter the market! If we exit we don’t want to have to line up again to get another sticker so we keep the sticker on 😂😂😂

Takoyaki is Japanese food. I really love it as a Japanese!

I want you to try another food is mango sticky rice and I will wait for fitback from you because it is the number 1 Thai food that foreigners have tried and said that it is the best.

how to drink collagen You should drink some water in the bottle first. Then you put the collagen in the water bottle to let the collagen flow down and shake and enjoy.

Takoyaki is a Japanese food. Tako in Japanese means Octopus. and Yaki means fried. In the original Japanese, there is only Octopus stuffing.
And collagen, you have to pour out a little water to have air spaces. In the video, the water was too large so there was no air space for it to working.

We dont really have them, no, haha. Especially not just out like that. Maybe if you source them from somewhere specific but no they aren't popular. You can get coconut water though but I've never had it

Try to eat more local food. Even if it seems strange or not tasty. Because you're not here forever. One day you will never see it again and will lose the opportunity to try something new as well.
Definitely have plans to do that! We are heading to different provinces soon and we are flying to one tomorrow and will taste more local food! 😁😁

You have to understand it’s literally almost pitch black there at 9pm at night. It’s bokeh with a clear picture or a really grainy video that’s horrible quality that you can’t see anything because I use my other lens that doesn’t go down past 5.6
@@josieliftsthings There are many great vlogging cameras now that do very well in lower light. I recently saw a nighttime low light market video shot on a Hero 9 Black that was incredible...all in focus and clear. I think when I resume my channel, I might go back to the GoPro.
@@jasonworldwide That’s cool! I have a Go pro 10 and I filmed on it in the dark, it was such bad quality I couldn’t even upload it. But they are amazing during the day for quality!
