LOVE THIS. Something that helps me is blasting 2000s hits and dancing like a fool alone at home! If I'm comfortable with myself in private, ill be confident in myself in public.
music helps me a lot to get more confident. wherever I am if I'm alone I put on my earphones, turn on my favorite songs and that does it: I become confident enough to start dancing in the middle of the street

oh gosh, when you started listing all the things like "strong, beautiful," etc. that you tell yourself in the mirror you looked like you were tearing up :(. i know you do all these things to be and feel confident and i love that but just remember it's also okay to not always be - society puts so much on us and it's so hard. love to you!!!
