Hey I subscribed I work 3 jobs and I work in the medical field. I’m tryna pay off my house but man this economy sucks so bad
Verry nice quality bro keep up the work it’s Fenna pay off for you in the end
The Average price of a home in the United States is 420k. 100k isn't going to do it.
Stop trying to live in down town LA and NY
@@kemar1997exactly everyone can still have the American dream if they just move to the suburbs or somewhere rural and work a trade / remote job
That quote is actually accurate average home is 420k to 550k and that’s in the suburbs. I reside in New Jersey these our the prices of homes in my state it’s crazy. Near the city you’re taking 700k to 1m.
If you take credit card, car loans & student loans of the equation. Just Account for the mortgage or rent bill. Then 80-120k is often for a couple living together. Depending on what state you live in.
If you are only making 100K household with a family in eastern Massachusetts you are gonna be struggling. Also $25 an hour 5 years ago wasn’t bad, now it’s trash, crazy to think about.
I made 13$ until i was 30. Now i make 24$ an hour and im making more than i ever have before. Am i happy? Lol. Ive never been happy except at moments in time. But, i make enough for a car payment, insurance, rent food and have money to save every month.
you know what my problem is . i work in IT as a higher level desktop support technician ; and im responsible for like 5 schools. my pay is only 60k. why is that? i also have a bachelors . without us ; none of your shit wont work ; and you wont be able to do any work without a physical person looking at the problem ; and not some coding genius who cant boil an egg. get me? the coder should be lower level ; as he is just being put to work non stop which is what coding is; and many people burn out real quick or flat out quit; because its an demanding job on your frontal cortex. that coder wont be able to troubleshoot why his laptop is starting to get sluggish or why he is hearing clicking noises and blue screening. AI will never be able to emulate that "on site support" . ever; unless were talking about robots but im not getting into that.
I see what you're saying and agree wages could be higher, but very few people will be paid $100K a year. Something like 70% of working class people in the U.S. make less than $50K. It's just not going to happen for atleast 100 million workers. Wait until AI advances in the next 5yrs and put a lot of people out of work completely, it's going to be alot worse.
Who makes 100k? Nearly all the jobs listing I see pay less than $24/hr. I had to take the crummy job to avoid living on the street. My college degree didn't help at all getting a higher paying job. Everyone wants to sell education to get ahead and it only puts you in more debt. That's it.
My 10K paramedic lic has had a much better ROI than my 4 year business management degree.
