ok, coming from someone that might have a little insight on unemployment, although i can not reveal my sources, but l will explain it to you like this.. the unemployment rate is counted as people on unemployment benefits, now lets say your benefits run out, you are not counted as being unemployed, so if you are not counted as being unemployed but you are, then the gov't doesn't count you so to the gov't they will say that the unemployment rate is low, but in reality, you have millions that are unemployed and searching for jobs but no company is hiring the reason why, corporate greed..

You're wrong about USPS and UPS, bro. You could still make a comfortable living off those jobs and you can move up fast. It's just more competitive in the short term than it used to be.

I'm a landlord and I cannot say that this video was impartial because it focused on one side of the coin. As a landlord, as is the case for most " mom and pops "; we are faced with increases in property tax; increases in homeowners insurance; increases in HOA fees. I've had to replace the washer which was over $700.00 from Brandsmart; had the AC and hot water heater serviced; all of these expenses cannot be avoided and must be addressed. As for individual detached homes ( houses ); it cost over $30,000.00 to replace the roof and if you don't, then the homeowners insurance company threatens to CANCEL your insurance or INCREASE your premium; replacement of an AC unit is around $6000.00 and the upkeep on landscaping to include the replacement of sprinkler heads are costly; I'll admit I couldn't get through this video because it seems too one sided. You did touch on the increases in grocery bills and gas, also add CAR INSURANCE increases even though you had no tickets or accidents, etc. which brings me to the question: are landlords responsible for those increases as well ? This is what the millennials, Gen Z's and the woke people voted for so they need to stop complaining and just live with the consequences.

Entitled profiteers hiding behind their elevated tax and insurance claims to double or triple the rent although combined liabilities for landlords went up maybe 10 % ,,it's all greed 😮

Remember this, government controls the media😅 the numbers they push, is not reality, people apply for 100s of jobs, gets few to zero interviews, sometimes 4 to 5 rounds of interviews just to get a no at the end. Economy is the worst, we are in recession, when you can't afford to live and get no raises of any kind. Things at stores are up by triple digits.

People forget there was a NATIONAL eviction moratorium during Covid and as such landlords had to recoup rents on the people who would pay. Think about that the next time somebody tells you they will vote Arsonist Democrat who are now the Firefighter.

Both my parents died from the sorrow of watching me go to 3 interviews every day in the last 7 and a half years. Every job on Indeed is hiring only Indian workers and Indian International students. I believe that the job market will not recover this time like it did after the great recession. If you have a half way decent job, keep it. The collapse has just started and this could be worse than ever before. When governments stop building and maintaining public facilities, watch out. When have you ever seen a new school being built? A new park?

I can confirm that this job market is really bad. I've been looking since I got laid off in October and found a crappy one that pays $16k less than what I used to make. Indeed has millions of "ghost jobs" that companies post to harvest your data and make themselves look good by giving a false impression that they're "growing".
