That is certainly up to you, I don't know that you would need a full business plan. I do think it could still be useful to at least create a set of financial projections so that you can understand what kind of revenue you will need to generate in order to cover your expenses and pay yourself. We do have this trucking projection template that might be helpful for you - www.projectionhub.com/financial-projection-template/trucking - but you probably don't have to have a full business plan if you don't need to present to an investor or lender.
