Thanks Jerry, there is, a lot of infomation out there and LightBurn/ Ortur has released updates from a couple of years on their products and we all learn from everyone here and I learned some more from your video to help me. Thanks again keep them coming.
Thank you very much, everything was fine with my OLM3 but the final result wasn't. So when I saw this video I understood the last step: to clean the engraved area, I did it with my tested pieces and voilá, the engraved text was there!
Hello Jerry. Thank you so much for this video. I needed it! I have an OM3 and a YRR 2.0 and was looking for instructions to connect the two. I'll tell you it was hard until I found your video so, Thanks. What do I do when I want to go back to regular engraving and cutting with the settings? I only have one laser and will use it for both regular engraving and cutting. Thanks Jerry.
Newbie here. I am not understanding where I put the tumbler/rotary in my work area and how I tell the program to start engraving in the right location. ie: centering the logo in center of tumbler
Question please. I see in step 2, Machine Settings, that you save the default settings before you make changes. Then make changes for rotary settings, and save. Do you have to switch between these two setting files when going between flat projects and rotary projects? I'm new. I feel like I'm not following. Thanks. Any help appreciated.
David I rarely do tumblers on the rollers since they walk a lot.My simple answer is yes. For a more complete explanation I would suggest my friend the LaHobby guy.He has tons of videos on using lightburn. www.youtube.com/@TheLouisianaHobbyGuy
I have not used my rotary much and watching the La Hobby Guys channel would help you out much more than I can give. Here is a link. www.youtube.com/@TheLouisianaHobbyGuy
