I love watching you and your channel. I am booked in to have Thermage next week for my face - targeting my under-eye area and jowls. I'm so excited. Happy weekend gorgeous man. 💕
Hello Dr. Rajani. I had Ulthera last February 2020 and experienced a swelling of the chin for at least a week. I have heard that this usually subsides within 24-48 hrs but mine took longer. I looked like i had a square jaw for a while! Is this still considered an expected effect for some people? I had good results though after with peak results showing after 5 months with slimmer jawline. It’s nearly a year since my treatment and feel like i need to have another treatment to reinforce my ulthera as my underchin is slightly showing signs of laxity once again. Still satisfied overall with my initial treatment but would you recommend another Ulthera treatment of would you recommend another form like threads for the succeeding months or years? Ulthera was quite expensive and was thinking if you’d recommend a “maintenace” treatment that’s slightly cheaper but yet effective. Thank you.
Dr. Rajani, do you have a published list of providers you've trained? From calling around it seems like most providers in my area are still stuck on PRP and an older school of treatment options
I would not do BBL if you are not type one skin or maybe even two. You will burn and have to deal with extreme Hyperpigmentation. Also tightening laser will not help. I was quoted Revlite by two clincs for Melasma. Well a combo of Revlite and Genesis. Revlite can also help with collagen production and some light tightening.
I got Thermage for brow and eyes for $560 USD in SK. This was a deal and is normally 45% higher. Some places in Korea and SE Asian are the same or higher than the US. But you are saving on tax. You have to see when they have an event in SK for Thermage or Ultherapy which goes on sale normally in June or July. Outside that I was quoted 2k to 3k for treatments.

@Dr. Rajani what do you recommend for someone who doesn’t have fat or double chin just sagging in jowls. I’m a 46 year old runner and have a slim face, but am noticing quite a bit of sagging in jowls.
Hi Dr. Rajani! I've been watching and taking notes on all your videos! Thank you for providing us such honest insights on cosmetic procedures . My question - How long should I wait to get either Thermage or Ulthera after getting PDO threads on my neck?
Dr. Rajani can you recommend a provider in Miami? I saw your video of ultherapy performed in South Carolina and would love to have it done in Miami… please advise 🙏🏼 I cannot afford any fat loss in my face
When you’re getting the VRF treatments does it have to be heated up to a certain temperature for it to be effective? If so, is it only effective if it’s heated up to that specific temperature throughout every session?
Hi doctor, Please doctor I can't seem to find an answer about this topic but maybe you can help me out or maybe make a topic about it? I can't find doctors performing permanent face threadlift like infinite thread and in Turkey they do it everywhere, what are your thoughts?
Yes that's true but you mean other permanent threads that were used and that probably caused some fibrosis or complications but I was on the official website of INFINITE THREAD and they say: THE INFINITE-THREAD® HAS BEEN CE MARKED BY THE FRENCH CERTIFIED BODY LNE/GMED. THIS STRICT CERTIFICATIONS IS PROOF OF ITS QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH EUROPEAN STANDARDS.
I just had thermage and can't find a lot of info about do's and don'ts after. I want to have my fillers dissolved and sculptra in place of fillers but not sure if it'll hinder my thermage results to do hylaronidaise or pllla a month after thermage. Do you think either would effect my thermage results?
I had a neck lift 15 yrs ago and was told i can't have an enddolift,is this correct what can I do for sagging jowls if I can't do that I've had RF three times and the secret once what else can I do
Hello doctor which is better morpheus 8 or thermage flx to have smaller face. Want to lose my chubby round face. Im afraid that it might melt my fillers. But already had filler on my cheeks and chin done almost 6 months ago. If thermage whats the difference between 600 vs 900 shots.
Hey there! I’m based in Asia, also looking at options to lose chubby round face and trying to research more on thermage. Just wondering if you’d want to exchange any info?
I seen a lot of doctors that do this. With these two or Morpheus8 and Ultherapy. Their logic is Ultherapy is for the SMAS and Thermage and Morpheus8 for the skin.
Dr I got a question for you: I would like to know if someone goes for a plastic surgery (face) would the results be better if the person haven't done anything (BOTOX and fillers) or if the person had BOTOX and fillers this may affect to have a good results with the plastic surgery... or it doesn't matter if the person had or not cosmetic treatments. I'm asking because I see some facial plastic surgery and ( I might be wrong) but it looks those who never had injectable had better results. And I see this on celebrities as well most of them have done a lot of injectable before plastic surgery and that's why we see so many botched. Am I right?
@@rajanimdskincare thanks for the answer ... I knew about the skin maintainance(which I thought would just be facial creams and RF laser treatments) but did not know injectables such as botox and fillers as a maintenance does not influence as possible side effects, I was truly convinced that this treatments would be a problem if the person decided to undergo knifes.(maybe because if you going to do laser or RF the clinician asks if you ever done botox or fillers before and this idea stuck in my mind). Thanks s million Dr
