The Eiffel Tower was built by Eiffel but not designed -this honor goes to Maurice Koechlin and Emile Nouguier - and he isn’t the architect either, this was Stephen Sauvestre… Eiffel had the idea to use the tower for the first military radio-telephone system. TV came in 1943 with the Germans to the tower. From the beginning of service the elevators have gone up to the second floor.
Awesome explanations and views of the structures. Been to most of the structures including both Eifels, Space Needle, Stratosphere. Would love to see Japan and its newest.
Visited Skytree in 2019; main platform is the best views. The upper platform is so high, you can’t see people and buildings look small… Much higher than CN Tower in Toronto that I visited in the 1980’s..

15:06 Eiffel Tower construction was accurate to 1 tenth of a millimeter, i.e. 1 millimeter is .03937inches, 1 tenth equals .004 thousands of an inch. Approximately the diameter of a single human hair. Are you implying that they had 200 foot long tape measures that were accurate within .004 in.??????? Stop lying to us!

HADIR!
Eiffle also built the New York statue of liberty most of people don't know that
What’s with the 3 people occasionally stating the obvious. It’s Annoying.
Yeah, that’s the style of bad TH-cam videos. I give them a few seconds.
What’s with people leaving pointless whining comments? It’s annoying.

You can’t compare Tokyo tree with Eiffel . Eiffel in zero in comparison to Tokyo tree .
This was pretty boring to be honest.
@Mark Well in that case maybe we can look forward to one of your utterly fascinating contributions of world renown fame edifices.
