Finally someone with an educated take on this fight. Reddit and Twitter would have you believing this fight sucks cuz gojo is "the strongest" and sukuna is a "fraud" yet gojo lost "without doing anything" .... braindead takes, man, it's so frustrating. Gege putting all this trust in the intelligence of his audience, only for them to prove it was undeserved LOL. The thing about JJK is that Gege portrays a LOT with only a LITTLE onscreen, so you have to actually think critically and aren't being spoonfed everything. But the fact we're not spoonfed means people think there's no substance, and I hate it
I appreciate this comment because it clarifies that this a video ONLY for Gojo in 236. I didn't even make that clear in the video and you still picked up on it. Great job, I should have been MUCH more clear in the video though
True but Gege isn’t the best writer on the planet. Those takes ppl have can be horrible, but Gege has left so much up for interpretation like average ppl aren’t stupid. A lot of open plot points and undisclosed backstory items so ppl just start making shit up Edit: average ppl aren’t stupid was just a joke lol relax. I consider myself average but not stupid.
Man. The guy has an ability that LITERALLY makes him untouchable. Infinity is super cool, but it's like the physical encapsulation of how isolated Gojo really is. Something that always made me sad was after Yu Haibara's death, when Geto tells Nanami that Gojo went off to complete the mission and Nanami says something like "why don't we just send Gojo to do all of our missions?" I wish we had seen more with the Gojo clan and Gojo's childhood to know more but it really does feel like Gojo is considered more of a tool than an actual person.
Aren't all sourcerers considered tools. How many died around him. How many where crushed by the system. How many needed a friend in this trauma. Gojo couldn't relate because he defined himself as beyond others
@@rohanking12able I mean they're definitely all treated like tools but Gojo sees himself as beyond others because he IS, at least after awakening his six eyes fully. The strongest tool is always going to be used the most
@@hkokoo hes not beyond others. He just feels he is. Power is an aspect. If he ddfines himself by it. No wonder hes lonely. People around wanted Satoru. The goofball with a heart. The world demanded another Gojo a tool that symbolises power. Who did gojo choose
@@rohanking12able Agree to disagree about him being beyond, I still think his powers and obvious OP-ness put him in an entirely different league But I do agree the world demanded him to change... after watching Riko die and Geto leave I can't really blame him for choosing what he did though
Ive always wanted more interactions between Gojo and his students PRIMARILY Yuji, as he is the only child that could understand Gojos suffering and vice versa. But we didnt get that, and that annoys me.
Gojo was sealed for so long and he didn't really have proper interactions with students shown before waving him off to fight. Especially should have had that with Yuji as the MC post Shibuya. It felt more empty with Gege having Gojo saying his students are watching the fight when we couldn't get meaningful interactions prior to it.
@@raec5426Not to mention Gojo didnt even so much as mention his students in the afterlife, but spent most of his time on panel there praising and apologizing to Sukuna while his students were the ones left behind to fight him; and as we see now the odds were stacked way against them even after Gojo's fight. Nevermind the fact the same Sukuna Gojo was praising had taken Megumi's body and damn near destroyed his soul. It just makes Gojo seem like a piece of garbage.
@@Timetiger Yeah Gege made Gojo vs Sukuna feel like a sports rivalry fight rather than write it as if he was the main antagonist. That's a criticism of Gojo's supposed conclusion being too much of a narrative prop for Sukuna, especially when prior his character was more connected to his students.
That was my biggest annoyance too, after gojo got sealed I wanted to see so much more. I wanted to see his interactions with Yuji, his reaction to Maki now she's essentially a female Toji, and his interactions with Kashimo.
Probably because for Gojo, his fight with Sukuna was more important than any of that. Even more so, if effectively killing Sukuna/retrieving Megumi was the sole endgame, a one on one fight wasn't the best course of action anyway.
I really love how gojo choose to be a teacher because i think he choose it because it is something that is hard to be when you are the steongest efortlessly, and he even says that he wanted to change the jujutsu world throught his students, something that is directly evading using his strenght and his "the strongest" status.
I’m not sure if I fully understood what you meant when you say « evading » using his strength to change to change the jjt society, but but if it is he’d have needed strong allies, which would have been the students to whom he showed the most messed up part of that society. He focalised on their personality, strengths and giving them direct experience that’s why, besides Todo, Tokyo High is vastly superior in strength to Kyoto High. In the end he succeeded in his mission, hopefully Megumi stops being in his pathetic bath and starts wanting revenge, his students, at least Maki, Yuta, Yuji are as, if not stronger pr at the very least on their way to being stronger than his was at their age and not lonely. They understand companionship. And Before he went to fight Sukuna he took care of all the troublesome higher ups, so the survivors can rebuild the society from the grounds up
He could never be happy because it's hard for someone so powerful to feel normal around others. Geto was the only guy who could be close to him and he was the person who has hurt him the most because of his comment during the break up scene. Geto was close to Gojo so his words to him meant a lot, it's like when a close friend or boyfriend/girlfriend you spend years with says things you didn't want to hear. Losing the only person ever close to you and reaching a status that would forever shape the perceptions people have around you (Gojo is like a celebrity when you think about it) must suck.
Gojo's whole character is a tragic yet powerful legacy of the older Geto. They used to polar opposites and then Gojo realised that despite being the strongest he couldn't save his best friend. That's why he did his best to save others like Megumi and Itadori. Wish more people understood his character more. Even at his worst teenager, inexperienced and cocky, he stayed up 3 days all night just to protect a weakling who was friend. He has always done the right thing despite being a egoistic character that most people see him as.
Gojo feeling normal around others is almost impossible because of the power With geto it was different We know geto was never equal to gojo practically But they considered themselves equal If gojo was to have a angry outburst against 99% of pple he know in a heated argument They would back down and say "yes boss" Geto would double down and call him a moron even if geto would never beat him That's a best friend They'll never fear u or betray u(geto never really went against gojo nor did gojo go against geto)
As Hanma Yujiro once said: ''When you are at the top, there is nothing to aim for, the top is empty and has nothing around it, there is nothing to achieve by stepping further'', "To have 'a stenght so great, it even steals your dreams'' .
Maybe don't be a bum. Look around there's people pushing beyond themselves and you cry about being lonely. Maybe connect with people instead of holding them at arms length. If megumi didn't understand him he never tried. He literally raised him not really knowing him
@@rohanking12ableHow tf is he being a bum? All he’s doing is quoting a quote from another character that’s absolutely relating to people like Gojo. That’s right, people LIKE Gojo. And I don’t see his comment giving off any subjective emotions or are you responding to a deleted comment?
One of the weakpoints of JJK is that we don't get shown a lot of characters actual lives. It's more concerned with action and philosophy, which is fine, but we don't get enough of the team bonding, of different characters backstories and motivations, etc.
What an awesome and nuanced take on Gojo! I also love what you said about Sukuna's emotional intelligence too - I never thought of it before but it's so true! Thanks so much for always putting out fire content man 🔥🔥
Great video. Kudos to Gege for writing such a good character. Really shows the pain of being a genius when people don’t get what you’re saying and write it off as stupid just because of that. I think that’s part of the reason why gojo doesn’t really open up to people because of that and also because he knows he will just be misunderstood especially since it is a hard subject to explain but also because it’s a drag putting all that effort to try and explain and having the person think you’re stupid or weird because it doesn’t make sense to them.
@@Justrmla No, it's just that a lot of Gojo fans and simps like to ship him with other characters, and misunderstand his actual character like said in the video
My problem with Gojo is that his lonelyness is told but never shown, we never see what he's thinking or see him sad or in any emotional distres Edit: I keep getting replies on this comment so I want to clarify my point. I really dislike Gojo saying he doesn´t regret anything after his death as he knew that Sukuna had an ace up his sleave and he had let him go earlier. I think Gojo was smart enough to know that people would die because of his actions and this lack empathy goes completely against his character arc in hidden inventory as the whole point of that arc is him learning to fight for the weak hence dedicating himself to training which led to him abandoning Geto. He shows this empathy in Shibuya so I don’t find it believable that being sealed in the prison realm changed him so drastically since he escribes time passing in the blink of an eye. Also, if a character is closed off from the rest, it doesn’t mean he can´t be shown showing any emotion, it just changes the contexts in which that emotion can be shown.
Agreed! I think that's one of my few criticisms of Geges writing. He doesn't spoon feed which is good, but it definitely would've been appreciated for a few points in the story
i think why we never see gojo sad or emotional is because that's just not his character. He's not the type of person to outwardly express difficult emotions, but push them down and distract himself with the next big prank or next big fight. Also we see time and time again that people really don't like him. nanami can't respect him, utahime is always bothered by him, yaga thinks he's too cocky. Even his students, except yuji 'cause of course, think he's unreliable as a person, and is only tolerated because he's the strongest. you don't have to see gojo's thoughts when the situation itself tells you all you need to know
@@Dan-neil Many people can have different interpretations of Gojo, and I do feel if Gege explored that more, there would be better ways for people to reconcile how they interpret the character.
We do see cracks in his mask, and I think this fit, fight was the best representation of his character, before his students come to talk to him we actually see him serious, he looks miserable angry, the grey character who knows es just a weapon , perhaps he’s reflecting on Geri’s ideal, why should the strongest have to protect the weak? Do their lives mean nothing? but when yuji comes up to him he puts that mask back in, he remembers why he’s fighting. And why fighting aga8snt. Bigger evil is right. While throughout the fight we see him having to remind himself that the plan is to save megumi, because he start to lose himself in the battle,he’s enjoying this, a challenge, battle of strongest and the ideal that only the strong will survive, a ideal he and sukuna agree on, we see him finally give into his true self when he uses hollow purple. Gojo isn’t a hero, he’s just a less extreme evil. His students are his moral ground, they guide him, but when left to his own devices he falls back into his true ideals. But that’s just my opinon
@@tilmook look at the amount of death threats gege gets after he wasnt well recently and come back to tell me that those 'freaks' only think of him as a cartoon character. stop downplaying how bad the gojo fanbase is
Counterpoint: Gojo is prideful, strong, he gave it everything he had for himself, his students and Japan against one of the most evil and THE most powerful sorcerers of all time. If he lost, there's no guarantee that everyone he loves won't be killed. He wanted to win. He had to win. He WANTED to make Sukuna understand, he wanted to reach him. He seemed quite happy and honestly annoyed at the fact of dying, due to what he said to his students. At the end, he had fun no matter the outcome of the fight because either way, there was literally no downside to winning, since both him and Sukuna had a fun fight. He had no reason to NOT wanna win.
Yeah, def he wanted to win. As he said, he tried, gave everything and lost. At end, he's happy he died against someone. He was afraid of never finding someone who was as strong as him
we dont want Gojo to just come back and be the strongest agaon. We want him (or at least i do) to come back weaker and fight alongside other people. He lived his whole life in solitude and it would be really wholesome to see him fight alongside his students who will recognize him as Satoru Gojo and not THE STRONGEST
Exactly, people out here demonising his return like it would kill his character development when, if done right, would only further improve his history
@@Pikachu66613it's not an ass pull that bad guys make all the good binding vows. Like mechamaru made the dumbest vow. Like yea just gotta kill Mahito and Geto who he probably knows is Special grade. Like cmon now are you thinking. How about Sakuna making a sure hit CT with a binding vow. That's like having a .2 domain without having to open it. Gojo never uses binding vows to our understanding on a level even close to this. Idk give up one six eye for more power. You'd still be at insane efficiency but it's not like they've ever helped him lol. I've only seen it get him in a false sense of security.
Yeah, I actually had this kind of idea if Gege somehow decided to bring Gojo back again. (Because let's be real, the students cannot easily be teachers if they all survive but Yuji) So, remember the whole "Head north/south thing"? I believe Gojo will head south to return back to his body, but seeing his condition, he won't be able to come back without sacrificing a part of himself. So then, he'll make a permanent Binding Vow which will get rid of his Six Eyes, so he'll be able to return but he will lose his Infinity and Domain Expansion. (He'll still be able to use Blue, Red and Hollow Purple, but they'll take a good chunk of his cursed energy input, making him exhausted.) Basically a reversal of his first death and comeback, which made him the strongest... His second death and comeback will make him weak but humbled. (Which will still make him a teacher, as he'll lead on the next generation in a new era of Jujutsu sorcery as he wanted back in Season 1.) How he can return when his body was split in two? Of course, with Shoko. I believe Utahime and Gakuganji will do the same thing to her like with Gojo, amplifying her healing to 200% capacity, healing everyone's grave wounds. I know I'm massively coping, but honestly this is how I see Gojo coming back (If he does)
Gojo from the beginning said that his personality was drastically flawed. Him admitting this and his actions throughout the story put him as one of, if not the most complex characters in the series. Geto would be a close contender had we got more of him. But even in the short time we got Geto, he was complex as well.
@@REXae86 people were saying gojo should have teleported out of malevolent shrine completely forgetting that teleportation requires his CT and that recharges with domain expansion
Thats because theyre mostly simps not fans, I mean unfortunately alot of them drool over his looks not caring about his character itself which is sad pathetic and disgusting for those who behave this way.
As noble as Gojo was I see him as a character that overestimated his limits and failed his assignment.. thrice essentially. His pleasure in battle was part of his fascination with experimenting with his abilities. Sukuna was always the apex predator...looking for prey to play with. There was a respect there but how else can one react when you know ur opponent is better than you.
This is why you’re the goat dude. You’re able to make gojo seem like a real human being. Not some idiotic meathead who only cares about being strong (he doesn’t). But a genuinely real human with real emotions and values
Geto really was his one and only the person you meet and it clicks immediately no matter lover friend or brother. soulmates always be together. -wise person (I’m the wise person)
I love how much respect this video gives gojo as a character. Gojo is lonely and hates it, and on some level I can relate to that. Feeling like there’s a void in your heart and trying so desperately to fill it, feeling like no one can understand the world the way you see it. And IF gojo were to return I don’t want him to fight, I would much prefer if he came back with no cursed energy and being able to live free without his burden, but I am perfectly okay with him staying dead. Another thing thank you for understanding sukuna as well, he may live life as a calamity but he isn’t some heartless beast, he isn’t above showing respect to his opponent and congratulating them when he’s impressed.
Bro. THANK YOU. Every single time i try to expand on this especially on twitter or reddit i get called a Gege or Suku a glazer and get dismissed! Its like people are so stuck up on character wars that they dont even take a moment to analyze any of the characters beyond their physical strength. And even when i do all of a sudden its overanalyzing?? As if the characters arent more than their powers. Its so infuriating sometimes to see such an interesting manga get watered down constantly because some fans are absolutely relentless when it comes to that kind of stuff
Great video for my 3rd favorite character he really was that guy The day he died I was happy no cap mostly cause his fans suck but when I seen the page with him on the floor I was like damn…😢 That said sukuna kaisen baby forever and always
You did give me a different perspective on this but heres my thought process anyway - you do address like half of what i say but no kenjaku glaze so i had to give my 2 cents 4:35 - 5:20 I think this is corrected by Sukuna himself who then says that he could not have done it without the help of Mahoraga or at least that Mahoraga played a pivotal role in the demise of gojo. This is because the flashback happens before Sukuna tells Gojo how he was able to win, so gojo was dying not knowing why sukuna never bypassed infinity and then suddenly did it out of the blue like he was just toying with him the entire time. Thats why Gojo felt like a failure until Sukuna made it clear the fight was a difficult one for him too, upon which Gojo died with a smile on his face which he did not have before Sukuna started explaining everything to him. He also gives gojo the greatest compliment weve seen in the entire series. This is when he says "youve cleared my skies Gojo, i will never forget you as long as I live". This qoute holds a lot of sentiment in Japanese, as its usually reserved to those you revere in some way, but if you also consider the fact that Sukuna lives solely for himself and yet claims he will think about the fight Gojo gave him until he inevitably dies - i think it says a lot about the impact Gojo had on Sukuna. This is also very contrasting compared to what Kenjaku said about Takaba and that although he had fun with Takaba, it did not make up for his lifes work being unfulfilled. I think Sukuna is prepared to die now without regrets as he wanted to improve his CT against gojo, which he did while Kenjaku will never get to see his work fulfilled and hat to delegate it to someone else. Sukuna was also disappointed in gojo when he was about to die during the last domain clash, because Gojo hadnt really given him anything new and thats why he was considered a dime a dozen / painfully ordinary.
I never thought of Sukuna's final attack from Gojo's perspective like that bro, you cooked fr. & the Kenjaku/Sukuna part I could see happening too. I'd love to see them both die in such a way after all they've done
@@1hundred1 Gojos death is also a call back to when he said sorcerers die with regret, i think you pointed it out in previous videos but yea many sorcerers have died with regrets like nanami, the twins, kenjaku, etc but then theres Gojo and kashimo who got what they wanted {not too sure about my goat lord Ryu, since sukuna didnt get any points from kogane im sure lord Ryu is lurking around the corner, waiting to blast sukuna in the face with a granite blast. this is my kaisen jutsuju Speaking of the GOAT} Ryu already had his fill with Yuta and still pursued Sukuna even after acknowledging sukuna was too much for him I think this indicates that Ryu would never be satisfied unless he died In a way this reminds me of kashimo, who Sukuna called greedy as despite him and gojo having everything they wanted, they still asked for something they knew they were not allowed to have as the solitude they were burdened with was the exchange for the strength that defined them what is gojo if not the strongest? i think if gojo comes back the answer of whether he wants to go north or south will be answered as he will no longer be the strongest
I been saying the same , in the psuedo afterlife he thought sukuna was toying with him because he lost unexpectedly then after sukuna saying he won only after using mago to figure out his infinity he felt at peace.
@@1hundred1 tbh the sukuna being content with dying now that hes improved his CT part isnt something i put much thought into i think hed be fine if he died while being jumped because being the strongest really is a way of life for him unlike with gojo who wanted to be defeated or killed by someone whose stronger than him, sukuna does not share that same sentiment. he literally told yorozu if he loses he is as good as dead and doesnt care what she does with him he does whatever he can to get stronger i dont think he has any intention of dying to any singlular person, hed be happier if he died to a team effort and not like whats currently going on, moreso being jumped at once rather than one at a time hes not looking for someone to match him like gojo did so i dont think he wants to die in a 1v1 if yuji ends up killing him alone i think he will be pretty miserable, but hed be miserable if yuji ended killing him in any capacity i guess maybe you should make a video on what would be a fitting death for sukuna? i cant quite wrap my head around it
I was thinking about it and I think that JJK and harry potter has a lot of parallels, An unwanted and troubled child who becomes the most powerful and dangerous sorcerer - sukuna and voldemort In Harry Potter we have 7 horcruxes while in JJK we have Sukuna's 20 fingers they both put their part of soul in the respective things Yuji never saw his parents harry also never saw his parents, Jujutsu kaisen has jujutsu society while harry potter has hogwarts Harry Potter has Dumbledore while JJK has gojo both dies in their respective stories both also the top tiers from good guys side With this I come to the conclusion just a speculation that just like how harry was a horcruxe necessary for the death of voldemort similarly yuji is also necessary for the death of sukuna as I think yuji contains a piece of soul of sukuna inside him that's why he was able to suppress sukuna Edit: Another thing to add that in Harry Potter Dumbledore told harry that he has something that voldemort lacks and that is his heart and there is a similar dynamic with yuji and sukuna with sukuna getting pissed at yuji's unbreakable ideals and will because sukuna most likely lacks that
@@thomasdeen2099 I said that in the last para, I think yuji will probably end up dying in order to kill sukuna, surrounded by the remaining people he cares about that's what his granpa wanted.
He's definitely not gonna make some crazy comeback and save the day, but given everything we've seen I still think it's possible Gojo survived Sukuna. We know he was still alive after the vision where he reunited with everyone since he was able to smile at Sukuna's words. Other than that, Sukuna directly called attention to Gojo's body disappearing right after he lost. I doubt that line would be in there without a reason. It's also possible Ui Ui didn't even teleport him. Gojo was also capable of teleporting, he might've been waiting for Kashimo to arrive as a distraction before warping himself out. Now I might sound like a lunatic, but let me cook - I think Gojo planned it. His goal wasn't to kill Sukuna - just wear him down. To make him killable. He wanted everyone else to finish off Sukuna the entire time. I reckon he's only gonna make his comeback after Yuji defeats Sukuna. He doesnt want to be "The Strongest". He wants to raise his students to his level, so they can not only stand as equals, but reshape Jujustu society for the better. This fight is his final lesson. The ultimate way to let his students prove themselves. The ultimate example of his lesson to "be greedier", and go all out. "Go on. Kill the guy Satoru Gojo couldn't beat. You got this."
Honestly this term (glazing) has gotten out of hand ages ago if a person is honest about someone's strength glazing, appreciate and acknowledges someone qualities glazing, which i find dumb and ironic in a way because if someone can't see things for what they really are you can't truly improve
Honestly the term has literally become a word to disregard anyone's analysis. If you praise one character too much or analyze them too hard, you're "glazing" and therefore your opinion is invalid. It's seriously gotten so out of hand
Thank you. I was thinking about Gojo today, and the fact that I can't really understand him on my own. He's fascinating to me, not only because he confuses me, but because of everything you said in this video. I used to think he was just a (good) idiot. Thank you again. I love him a lot, and of course we all know he's a fictional character, but my heart aches at his pain and Geto's pain.
As someone who only recently got into jjk, I've stumbled across two good videos that offer a nuanced take on Gojō's character and this is the second one out of the two. Thank you for this video, loved the pacing and the editing. Keep it coming 👏👏👏👏
I'm actually upset that a comprehensive and very understandable vid on gojos character gets so little views vs the spoilers I'm ngl. So much for people getting the message of the story but also wanting the story as soon as possible
@1hundred1 fair but still, would rather your breakdowns of other characters and works like gachiakata and the like (NOT kagurabachi tbh) then the spoiler vids. I like the spoilers usually cause you just say funny shit ngl I read the spoilers on my own with a friend if I can and read normals later for proper translation
such a great analysis. I feel like so many people keep expecting for JJK to turn into a regular shonin. However Gege's plans for this story has always been more complex than that and we can see in everything that has gone all these 256 chapters.
never knew the character i’d relate to the most would be gojo, with the whole breakup scene. I felt his pain during all of it, in the end Satoru Gojo can never be happy.
"you can watch a flower grow and bloom but you cant ask it to understand you" is something i feel like people miss a lot. Some say its the new six eyes user being born but i believe its gojos perspective on his own students and everyone around him.
I remember at the time when he was fighting, I wanted someone to jump in and help him against Sukuna, but listening to your video, you're right, and I can see that I didn't understand Gojo enough to know that he needed to do this battle alone, to answer a question that he had lived with his entire life. 🔥 Video 😎
i love the video so much, gojo is so beautifully written and its sad to see how misunderstood he is amongst the audience and seeing him being watered down to nothing but his strength, which is ironic because thats kinda what most of the cast does as well, however, as the viewers, i wouldve hoped more people wouldve been able to look past the surface and understand the true meaning of his character and how his conclusion was great for his character. he got to go all out for the first time in his life, he was able to convey his message to sukuna and sukuna understanding it. he gets to be at peace with his loved ones and place full trust in the generation he fostered. ill admit, ive wanted gojo to come back ever since he died, but watching this video really made me find a new appreciation for his conclusion and accept that he wont come back, and im okay with that, im just glad that we’ve been getting a lot of flashbacks of gojo in the recent chapter so at least we still get to see him. question, do you think gege will ever go into more depth on the gojo clan? we know a lot about the other big 3 clans, i find it odd that we know next to nothing about the gojo clan and i hope gege further expands on the topic.
Gege has quite literally showed the reality of teens and audience of the internet....The fact that they cant cope with their favourite not being the strongest and being the useless strong character. It shows that the mainstream manga/anime audience are immature as hell. Not only the kids , some podcasters and youtubers which i liked (i still like them) they also would go out of their way to prove something which is not true about Gojo and would say that manga us no more interesting and they would literally talk about the manga every week.
@chitvandesai6166 Bruh. You are me , I am you....I was literally obsessed with Eren (and would say BS to support him) but now that some time has passed and I know what's right and what's not I get that what eren did was wrong. (For AOT verse what eren did was the only way to get rid of the Titans...but that cycle can begin once again as we see in the last minute of the last chapter in AOT....but sweeping 80% humanity was not a good option) Also I was a gojo fan too ( before reading manga) When u watched season 1...I was so much obsessed with him + I also use to say that my favourite colour was purple because of HP (but in reality I never liked purple) but now I know how small my thinking was....For just a character I kept liking what I don't like. I bet most kids who fight for gojo and sukuna will one day know this too
honestly you get a like for that thumbnail and title alone, i have seen way too many takes about how hes got some bigger plan and its just stepping on how sincere that scene was imo, this is amazing ty
Thank u for turning up the volume of your Mic Hundred. I notice the difference a lot. Imma continue watching another masterpiece of yours, I love psychology and philosophy in Jujutsu Kaisen too thank u ^^
This perfectly gets everything I want to say but don’t have the time, vocabulary or skill to put into a video like this. For this I thank you sir, I have always hated the thought of gojo coming back and if anyone argues with me from now on I shall direct them here as to why!
If he does come back, it will not be as the honored one. It will be him as Satoru Gojo. Someone who is no longer defined by his strength but by his ideal. The fostering of a very capable next generation. Geto: I will ask you again. Are you the strongest because you are Satoru Gojo, or are you Satoru Gojo because you are the strongest? Gojo: No. I am just Satoru Gojo.
Found your analysis beautiful. The great thing with jjk is that we can all interpret it our way using all different medias but YOU DO HAVE to read it and not rely on the herd mentality to form your opinion based on others on edits. I may not agree with everything you said but at the very least 90% and that’s higher than a lot of people on this app or on twitter. You argued your points perfectly and I an really feel that you’re being objective 💯 As a teacher I’d have given you an A but since I’m not, I subscribed brother
Guh okay you helped me understand this so much better and now gojos death is finally hitting me and how sad yet bittersweet it is… and him being reunited with geto and how happy he was in the end made me burst into tears lmao
This is why I don't think he would ever come back. He hated being the strongest and only wanted to be seen as Gojo not the strongest. He wanted his students to surpass him so that he would no longer be the guy that everyone depends on. He wanted to be treated normally so he tried everything in his power to push his students to be better than him. But he probably KNEW that would never happen as long as he was alive. No matter how much he pushed his students they would never actually surpass him because of how they view him. They see gojo as an unsurpassable wall that they could never reach.
Thats exactly why his coming back would be good. The first awakening was him becoming the strongest, the second awakening would finally allow him to become truly human. His death didn't resolve his loneliness and isolation, his death renders Megumi's arc impossible to finish (knowledge about his father), his death makes it impossible for him to change the conviction that "love is the biggest curse of all". His coming back would be entirely justified and would make the story better and his character more fulfilling provided it comes at the cost of some part of his strength.
thanks for this vedio,im holding back tears i swear...if gojo is dieing with no regrets which is less painful than being alive as lonely person ,so be it .He has been mentally the strongest to bear all of that strength and pain that alone. For me is the strongest and forever will be.i love him...he is the honorable one for real

@@1hundred1 I don't watch any alpha male nonsense. I just read old Roman and Greek books. As for Epictetus? The way he advises non-action in the enchiridion does not make the philosophy practical for widespread use.
As a Gojo kinnie, thank you. It's hard to keep seeing Gojo Stans keep praising him like he's going to come back. Just let him rest in peace. He was born a tool for the world. Let him just be Satoru. And not "Gojo Satoru, the strongest".
(only 5 minutes in) Theres a lot i don't understand about the Gojo v Sukuna fight, 1.If gojo was giving it his all and Sukuna is "heads and shoulders" above Gojo, why was Sukuna nervous? 2. Why did Gojo say he would have lost even without 10 Shadows? Sukuna said he NEEDED Mahoraga to find a way around Infinity.' 3. How can Gojo have the gall to say he died "without regrets" when his objective for his students were to have them surpass him before he died when they in fact never did surpass him?
1. dude, if you put ali and mayweather in a ring together, ali would still feel the tension in the boxing match even tho its obvious ali would win. its common for fighters to get tense, even if theyre better than their opponent. 2. chapter 236, sukuna says "What I *wanted*". besides, sukunas whole gameplan was to just use megumi form through their whole fight since its the easiest way he couldve dealt with gojo GIVEN sukuna's whole situation. the other way is just him starting in heian form with domain expansions (why didnt he do this in the first place? the entirety of jujutsu society was praying for his downfall, it wouldve been an absolute waste exhausting your ultimate form on one goddamn guy). technically, the only reason gojo was stalemating in the domain clashes (besides the fifth) is because sukuna was focusing on having mahoraga adapt to it. if it were heian form, sukuna would have a greater stat advantage, leading to gojo not being able to damage him enough for malevolent shrine to collapse. now yes, gojos rct is good enough to tank malevolent shrine, but this is still heian sukuna. once a sorcerer's domain finishes or gets destroyed, they cant use their innate technique for a while. hence why gojo stopped for lets say 2 seconds just to rct his innate technique. in the timespan of gojo running away from malevolent shrine's range, heian sukuna's mouth belly which is very likely to have an extremely fast chant speed (shown with how it started chanting when kashimo launched an electromsgnetic beam at sukuna), we couldve seen an extremely fast fuga which wouldve been enough to one shot gojo while his innate technique was down. thats if it does, which it probably wont, so wed have even more domain clashes until more domain clashes until eventually gojo cant use his own domain anymore while sukuna still can (this is likely. while it is true that sukuna also took brain damage activating his domain a fifth time, keep in mind that he took an infinite void for more than a second. and since weve already established that sukuna would be winning the domain clashes instead, hed be able to pop it for a handful more times at least. 3. gojo wanted his students to become stronger and match or surpass him so that he could have someone to relate to. in itself, that is a *very* selfish motivation. that selfishness is now quenched once he is ultimately defeated, cause now he knows what its like to have someone to be stronger than you. gojo is a narcissistic, self driven, antisocial person at the end of the day. he was never in jujutsu to help the greater good, he found it fun and fulfilling. and these flaws are what make him such an interesting character.
I'll always have a soft spot for Gojo. I dont know if Gojo will be revived, its definitely not necessary. He died peacefully with no regrets his memory will live on. He seems to have found true solitude after fighting Sukuna. That works for me. RIP Gojo. Yuji will get them licks back.
Isnt it hilarious that the so called Gojo fans are the one who understand his character the least? Lmao they litteraly only care about his strength and face
Love this. Gojo is narrowed down to a lot of things in this fandom. Getos LoVe InTeReSt. ThE sTrOnGeSt. Yes, Geto (his friend) look, I'm a shipper too, even though I don't ship them, but this fandom of shippers is... yall need to go outside and breathe some fresh air. He's so lonely, and IF he comes back, I hope he can be normalized and experience friendships that are just as meaningful.
Ngl this is really interesting take that I like a lot. I hope in the future chapters Sukuna or someone can articulate these point to readers more effectively. I really like this conclusion but I just don’t think it was that clear in the chapter itself. Maybe if it ever gets animated they can add some more to make it more effective.
I like your analysis of this. My take when I got to this moment was Gojo already won. Why? He understood life to the fullest. Death did not matter to him as its a part of life. Just how he experienced the very nature of the world when he activated hollow purple. "It's just that the world feels so, so wonderful right now." Like Yuji, Gojo has a deep gratitude for life. So even when he died, he stood and smiled. Major contrast to the curses, Sukuna and Mahito, who desperately cling to life, not knowing how empty their values are. Gojo's personality reminds me a lot of Vash the Stampede, which is why I really enjoy him as a character.
I know I’m quite late, but your speaking facts, the problem with Gojo’s fandom is that they think he should’ve won and lost because Gege didn’t really like Gojo as a character, and lots of people still want Gojo reborned, let the dude rest bro was satisfied with the fight he had, it wouldn’t make sense if Gojo won against a sorcerer with a lot more power + experience AND Sukuna possessed the 10 shadows since he took Megumi’s body, getting a compliment before death from the strongest sorcerer to ever live is a big accomplishment for someone like Gojo, even if they lost.
Great video man, Ive got a little more than a surface level grasp of the strongest character concept an the ways they’re developed like escanor, Kenpachi, Madara etc. but damn this video plus my love for gojo is making me think he’s the best out of them all. Just an opinion but damn I feel much better about his death now, still don’t love it was “offscreened” but it sits with me a lot lot better now. Now I really don’t want him coming back. I def didn’t b4 bc it would’ve been Mickey ash if he came back an won somehow but coming back at all now would be terrible. Hopefully he doesn’t an sukuna can get done nicely as well.
THANK YOU for speaking about this. Really, it seems a lot of people can't understand this, both about Gojo and Sukuna. I also have a theory that perhaps, what Gojo meant by, "Nah, I'd win" is his aspiration to create a generation of sorcerers to pass the elders and the clan traditions, to truly change things in the Jujutsu world. He is winning as we speak.
I think gojo did actually want to win, but it wasn't his main objective, his main objective was to reach sukuna rather than just straight up just beat him in a fight
I always knew Gojo had to go. He just had to. If Gojo won again, it would simply have been going full circle. You really explained in a beautiful yet simple way WHY Gojo had to go. I love his character and I think he deserved some resolution, which I'd say he got. I won't lie, it HURT when he lost. Man I had a crisis, I just love him so much. But I knew it had to happen, it was the right choice for the story and also for his character. His death gave us glimpses into Sukuna we would have never gotten otherwise and of course, an honest glimpse into Gojo's personal feelings.
The thing is when i see a GOAT or powerful character I wonder who they are...I wonder everyone's back story. I see myself in Gojo. When you're at the top of whatever you do. You don't show your true potential to make others feel like they can't reach higher. I understand how Kusukabe felt about letting others do the heavy lifting because that's what they're built for. With anything especially a job, jyou can do all the work and others can slack or do your best quietly and try to encourage others to shine. Looking be seen as a person is all we ever want. I get called goofy, aloof, silly, carefree and yet in my field I'm considered one of the best. I get results and it's because I have a natural gift in my field. I didn't figure on Gojo coming back until people mentioned his Buddha like symbolism. Here's where I'm torn. Sometimes we don't get a chance to find our actual purpose. Through rebirth and renouncing he finds the path. I totally agree with your description of the character being lonely but there are plenty of lonely greats that take the Ls and come back better because they have been shown that a great ability isn't enough. Guys like Anderson Silva and Michael Jordan were considered great but then after losing put it together to be better. I could see Gojo being happy about fighting the best but disappointed in him not going all out. Props to Sukuna because he was thinking about how to beat Gojo since day 1. So if he sees Yuta at the airport I belive Yuta will return with the 6 eyes but maybe a small part of Gojo would want to return without the 6 eyes to prove he can be a great help without what "made" him the greatest. Of course he could end up like BJ Penn. Hey its Geges story so I'm just here to let him cook. As always I enjoy your content and conversations. Can't wait for the next chapter.
I really wish we got to see gojo and kashimo talking about how it is to be the strongest, I assume they did with how kashimo told everyone els that this fight is for gojos sake but it would have been nice to see it
I was sad to see Gojos passing but it makes sense with his character. The nature of love, cursed energy, and loneliness were all known to Gojo and his six eyes. He saw what the average sorcerer (and reader) can't see. The last thing I'd want is his death to be retconned.
i before hoped that since gojo always mentioned he was the strongest but never cherished the title but this time he comes back and defeats sukuna and finally cherished the title of the strongest,he felt lonely there was no one to equal him and fight him so that he wins the title of strongest fair and square and not just be given the title because there was just no one to stand besides him now after geto left so him finally earning the title of the strongest would be good
This is why I hate the Gojo copium. Gojo winning or returning kills his duality with Sukuna, destroying the very premise of his character that will build a better jujutsu society by making stronger sorcerers, mirroring oppositely to Sukuna's twisted views of power hierarchy.
I'm glad that some people truly understand Gojo. It's just sad knowing that most of the jjk fan base only likes him because of his looks/strength, including a bunch of drooling fangirls. I never fully realized how isolated and lonely he was until s2 came. After all that pain, I'm actually happy that he finally got his well deserved rest. (chapter 236)
Literally everything mentioned in this video is EXPLICITLY shown in the manga. His solitude, the desire, the strength, his ties. It isn't some intricate story that not many can understand. Everyone has their own fair takes. There is no EDUCATED take on a story and thinking that you need an education to enjoy and love a story is strange, considering that when it comes down to it, it's all down to interpretation.
I think Gojo will come back but not like the meat-head dragon ball power up picture like the one shown. Gojo's fight is over. I personally believe he'll come back at the end of the story, free from the shackles and burden of being the "Strongest", weaker and without six eyes, able to finally live a life figuring out what he truly is as a person with companions as he leads and resets the Jujutsu World, since all of the higher ups he hated are all dead. He'd truly be the best for that, to reset the balance and teach everyone as a relatable mentor instead of the mountain powerhouse he's always been.
Great video and analysis. As a tiny side note for people not understanding Gojo: I was surprised to find out that many people clown on him for calling himself "the honored one" and then losing; even without the perspective described by you in the video, how can people not connect Gojo being high on his own power after clawing his way back from the precipice of death with him losing to basically an undefeatable demigod?
To further add to your point of gojo’s loneliness. Both times recruiting Yuji and Megumi he asked them to try and get as strong as him. He wanted equals again.
chapter 236 had one scene of gojo talking to geto about how he missed him and he wished geto was teaching the new generation by his side that messed me up a little bit, i feel like a big theme of the story is that of breaking destiny, or like that old chinese curse goes "may you live on interesting times"

A lot of open plot points and undisclosed backstory items so ppl just start making shit up
Edit: average ppl aren’t stupid was just a joke lol relax. I consider myself average but not stupid.
Fr those people are the exact reason most anime be having there characters explain everything in excruciating detail
The strongest tool is always going to be used the most
Thats the analogy.
Sorceres failed to recognize themselves as humans instead of tools.
@@hkokoo hes not beyond others. He just feels he is. Power is an aspect. If he ddfines himself by it. No wonder hes lonely. People around wanted Satoru. The goofball with a heart. The world demanded another Gojo a tool that symbolises power.

@@rohanking12able Agree to disagree about him being beyond, I still think his powers and obvious OP-ness put him in an entirely different league
But I do agree the world demanded him to change... after watching Riko die and Geto leave I can't really blame him for choosing what he did though
Your part of the top comments

Gojo feeling normal around others is almost impossible because of the power
With geto it was different
We know geto was never equal to gojo practically
But they considered themselves equal
If gojo was to have a angry outburst against 99% of pple he know in a heated argument
They would back down and say "yes boss"
Geto would double down and call him a moron even if geto would never beat him
That's a best friend
They'll never fear u or betray u(geto never really went against gojo nor did gojo go against geto)

One of the weakpoints of JJK is that we don't get shown a lot of characters actual lives. It's more concerned with action and philosophy, which is fine, but we don't get enough of the team bonding, of different characters backstories and motivations, etc.
For real, Gege writes great characters, but he seems more interested in writing as many fights as possible than on keeping a focussed plot
that doesnt have much to do with writing tbh

Great video. Kudos to Gege for writing such a good character. Really shows the pain of being a genius when people don’t get what you’re saying and write it off as stupid just because of that. I think that’s part of the reason why gojo doesn’t really open up to people because of that and also because he knows he will just be misunderstood especially since it is a hard subject to explain but also because it’s a drag putting all that effort to try and explain and having the person think you’re stupid or weird because it doesn’t make sense to them.

My problem with Gojo is that his lonelyness is told but never shown, we never see what he's thinking or see him sad or in any emotional distres
Edit: I keep getting replies on this comment so I want to clarify my point.
Think we see that in JJK 0 a bit tbh

You'd still be at insane efficiency but it's not like they've ever helped him lol. I've only seen it get him in a false sense of security.
Yeah, I actually had this kind of idea if Gege somehow decided to bring Gojo back again. (Because let's be real, the students cannot easily be teachers if they all survive but Yuji)
So, remember the whole "Head north/south thing"? I believe Gojo will head south to return back to his body, but seeing his condition, he won't be able to come back without sacrificing a part of himself. So then, he'll make a permanent Binding Vow which will get rid of his Six Eyes, so he'll be able to return but he will lose his Infinity and Domain Expansion. (He'll still be able to use Blue, Red and Hollow Purple, but they'll take a good chunk of his cursed energy input, making him exhausted.)
Basically a reversal of his first death and comeback, which made him the strongest... His second death and comeback will make him weak but humbled. (Which will still make him a teacher, as he'll lead on the next generation in a new era of Jujutsu sorcery as he wanted back in Season 1.)
How he can return when his body was split in two? Of course, with Shoko. I believe Utahime and Gakuganji will do the same thing to her like with Gojo, amplifying her healing to 200% capacity, healing everyone's grave wounds.
I know I'm massively coping, but honestly this is how I see Gojo coming back (If he does)
Gojo from the beginning said that his personality was drastically flawed. Him admitting this and his actions throughout the story put him as one of, if not the most complex characters in the series. Geto would be a close contender had we got more of him. But even in the short time we got Geto, he was complex as well.

Great video for my 3rd favorite character he really was that guy
The day he died I was happy no cap mostly cause his fans suck but when I seen the page with him on the floor I was like damn…😢
That said sukuna kaisen baby forever and always
What a video, I appreciate the perspective cause it helped me see things I didn’t before about the story. What a ride this story has been!
Him: Gojo accepted that he gave his all and lost
Me: He said “Nah I’d win” for a reason
Edit:nvm gaygay cooked us
Maybe him saying "Nah, I'd win" is similar to how All Might always keeps a smile on his face
You: Referring to yourself in 3rd person
Me: That's stupid
You did give me a different perspective on this but heres my thought process anyway - you do address like half of what i say but no kenjaku glaze so i had to give my 2 cents
4:35 - 5:20
I think this is corrected by Sukuna himself who then says that he could not have done it without the help of Mahoraga or at least that Mahoraga played a pivotal role in the demise of gojo.
@@1hundred1 Gojos death is also a call back to when he said sorcerers die with regret, i think you pointed it out in previous videos
but yea many sorcerers have died with regrets like nanami, the twins, kenjaku, etc
but then theres Gojo and kashimo who got what they wanted
{not too sure about my goat lord Ryu, since sukuna didnt get any points from kogane im sure lord Ryu is lurking around the corner, waiting to blast sukuna in the face with a granite blast. this is my kaisen jutsuju
Speaking of the GOAT}
Ryu already had his fill with Yuta and still pursued Sukuna even after acknowledging sukuna was too much for him
I think this indicates that Ryu would never be satisfied unless he died
In a way this reminds me of kashimo, who Sukuna called greedy as despite him and gojo having everything they wanted, they still asked for something they knew they were not allowed to have as the solitude they were burdened with was the exchange for the strength that defined them
what is gojo if not the strongest? i think if gojo comes back the answer of whether he wants to go north or south will be answered as he will no longer be the strongest
I been saying the same , in the psuedo afterlife he thought sukuna was toying with him because he lost unexpectedly then after sukuna saying he won only after using mago to figure out his infinity he felt at peace.
I see so that's why gojo smile in the end ... Stand proud you cooked🗣️
@@1hundred1 tbh the sukuna being content with dying now that hes improved his CT part isnt something i put much thought into
i think hed be fine if he died while being jumped because being the strongest really is a way of life for him
unlike with gojo who wanted to be defeated or killed by someone whose stronger than him, sukuna does not share that same sentiment. he literally told yorozu if he loses he is as good as dead and doesnt care what she does with him
he does whatever he can to get stronger
i dont think he has any intention of dying to any singlular person, hed be happier if he died to a team effort and not like whats currently going on, moreso being jumped at once rather than one at a time
hes not looking for someone to match him like gojo did so i dont think he wants to die in a 1v1
if yuji ends up killing him alone i think he will be pretty miserable, but hed be miserable if yuji ended killing him in any capacity i guess
maybe you should make a video on what would be a fitting death for sukuna? i cant quite wrap my head around it
I was thinking about it and I think that JJK and harry potter has a lot of parallels,
An unwanted and troubled child who becomes the most powerful and dangerous sorcerer - sukuna and voldemort
In Harry Potter we have 7 horcruxes while in JJK we have Sukuna's 20 fingers they both put their part of soul in the respective things
Yuji never saw his parents harry also never saw his parents,
Jujutsu kaisen has jujutsu society while harry potter has hogwarts
Harry Potter has Dumbledore while JJK has gojo both dies in their respective stories both also the top tiers from good guys side
With this I come to the conclusion just a speculation that just like how harry was a horcruxe necessary for the death of voldemort similarly yuji is also necessary for the death of sukuna as I think yuji contains a piece of soul of sukuna inside him that's why he was able to suppress sukuna
Edit: Another thing to add that in Harry Potter Dumbledore told harry that he has something that voldemort lacks and that is his heart and there is a similar dynamic with yuji and sukuna with sukuna getting pissed at yuji's unbreakable ideals and will because sukuna most likely lacks that
To add to your horcrux and fingers statement: Both Sukuna and Voldemort had a part of their soul in the mcs as well through those things as well.
@@thomasdeen2099 I said that in the last para, I think yuji will probably end up dying in order to kill sukuna, surrounded by the remaining people he cares about that's what his granpa wanted.
Yuji is just useless now.
@@REXae86 he will come back
@@REXae86 comment aged like milk lol
But so many people died since gojo's death
@@bloodshredder1982 Have they? Kashimo and Higuruma got wrecked, but everyone else is either unconfirmed or being warped away by Ui Ui.
For sho, "Nah I'd win" probably meant winning of wearing down sukuna, call it a cope but thats probably what gojo wanted.
This omg.

Damn bro, I watched like four of your vids straight and made me love JJK more man. Keep up the work!
To be fairrrrrr people will watch this forever.. as for the leaks. they will be irrelevant tm
Fantastic Video depicting the multi-faceted sadness and strength of my Favorite JJK Character
never knew the character i’d relate to the most would be gojo, with the whole breakup scene.
Thanks for this video now i able understand gojo as a character more because of you gojo is truly a honour one
I remember at the time when he was fighting, I wanted someone to jump in and help him against Sukuna, but listening to your video, you're right, and I can see that I didn't understand Gojo enough to know that he needed to do this battle alone, to answer a question that he had lived with his entire life. 🔥 Video 😎
What an interesting topic!! Definitely got my attention! Been thinking about this for a while internally frfr
i love the video so much, gojo is so beautifully written and its sad to see how misunderstood he is amongst the audience and seeing him being watered down to nothing but his strength, which is ironic because thats kinda what most of the cast does as well, however, as the viewers, i wouldve hoped more people wouldve been able to look past the surface and understand the true meaning of his character and how his conclusion was great for his character. he got to go all out for the first time in his life, he was able to convey his message to sukuna and sukuna understanding it. he gets to be at peace with his loved ones and place full trust in the generation he fostered. ill admit, ive wanted gojo to come back ever since he died, but watching this video really made me find a new appreciation for his conclusion and accept that he wont come back, and im okay with that, im just glad that we’ve been getting a lot of flashbacks of gojo in the recent chapter so at least we still get to see him.
question, do you think gege will ever go into more depth on the gojo clan? we know a lot about the other big 3 clans, i find it odd that we know next to nothing about the gojo clan and i hope gege further expands on the topic.
(For AOT verse what eren did was the only way to get rid of the Titans...but that cycle can begin once again as we see in the last minute of the last chapter in AOT....but sweeping 80% humanity was not a good option)
Also I was a gojo fan too ( before reading manga) When u watched season 1...I was so much obsessed with him + I also use to say that my favourite colour was purple because of HP (but in reality I never liked purple) but now I know how small my thinking was....For just a character I kept liking what I don't like. I bet most kids who fight for gojo and sukuna will one day know this too
@chitvandesai6166 💯💯🤝
Yeah it seems people forgot that Gojo is indeed, NOT the main character
@@Fatherwhat Nah he is

This perfectly gets everything I want to say but don’t have the time, vocabulary or skill to put into a video like this. For this I thank you sir, I have always hated the thought of gojo coming back and if anyone argues with me from now on I shall direct them here as to why!
I never realized Kashimo was also your favorite character, stand proud my fellow Kashimo fan, 238 was a disservice to us all
@videoplayback_kashigoat
You argued your points perfectly and I an really feel that you’re being objective 💯
As a teacher I’d have given you an A but since I’m not, I subscribed brother
Hundred… you get it man. Love to see it. ❤️
i mean... it's the real win leaving life with no regret and leaving an impression that betters the next generation...
Nah, he didn't hate being the strongest. He in fact enjoyed it, though he just didn't like the loneliness that comes with it.
Your nonchalant attitude towards the people who misunderstand is hilarious, and makes this video that much better 👏🏾
thanks for this vedio,im holding back tears i swear...if gojo is dieing with no regrets which is less painful than being alive as lonely person ,so be it .He has been mentally the strongest to bear all of that strength and pain that alone. For me is the strongest and forever will be.i love him...he is the honorable one for real
This video proves the point that NOBODY understands gojo

@@1hundred1 I don't watch any alpha male nonsense. I just read old Roman and Greek books. As for Epictetus? The way he advises non-action in the enchiridion does not make the philosophy practical for widespread use.
As a Gojo kinnie, thank you. It's hard to keep seeing Gojo Stans keep praising him like he's going to come back. Just let him rest in peace. He was born a tool for the world. Let him just be Satoru. And not "Gojo Satoru, the strongest".
(only 5 minutes in) Theres a lot i don't understand about the Gojo v Sukuna fight,
1.If gojo was giving it his all and Sukuna is "heads and shoulders" above Gojo, why was Sukuna nervous?
2. Why did Gojo say he would have lost even without 10 Shadows? Sukuna said he NEEDED Mahoraga to find a way around Infinity.'
@@coff2034yes, deep down he was narcissistic, but he still had some sense of a greater good. He tried at least and this makes him very...human
Nice strawman
9:48 their normal moments vs their bloodlust moments
My theory is gojo wont be seen for the entire manga but at the end we will get him in a frame walking pretty much anime stuff
Let’s go I’ found someone who actually gets gege’s writing
This video was the best.
Bro is not gonna like the number 260, for no particular reason.
Bro chapter 261 was wild 💀
Well gojo did not come back yuta took his body
lmaooooooooo
The people in this comment section are the wisest.
Gojo's personality reminds me a lot of Vash the Stampede, which is why I really enjoy him as a character.
they really are similar huh? my first video ever was supposed to be about the new trigun series too funnily enough
I hadn’t noticed that bit with Kashimo, great insight
I had so much Gojo return hopes but your vid made me change my mind and agree that Gojo served his purpose and I’d rather have him stay dead
Satoru gojo ;
"User Of The Limitless"
"The Honored One"
"The Six Eyes"
"The Son Of God"
THE G.O.A.T and he's the strongest because he's "Satoru Gojo"
Banger as per usual
I feel like people forget that Yuji offered his life in order for Sukuna to vanish, while Megumi didn't sign up for that.
Thanks for showing me that I misunderstood Gojo, I love Gojo more than ever now.
The last thing I'd want is his death to be retconned.
i before hoped that since gojo always mentioned he was the strongest but never cherished the title but this time he comes back and defeats sukuna and finally cherished the title of the strongest,he felt lonely there was no one to equal him and fight him so that he wins the title of strongest fair and square and not just be given the title because there was just no one to stand besides him now after geto left so him finally earning the title of the strongest would be good
I don't watch this manga, so I wanted to see gojo back, but this video made me realize how gojo's death was meaningful
I hotta say you're right, gojo had a respactable end. The fight will be sooooo good when it's get animated
This is the final thing Gojo is coming back, he did not die with regret ie. he is not dead.
So thats why gojo said "i wish this isnt a dream"
Can I get a png of the thumbnail? I want it as my desktop background.
You either die as Gojo Satoru or live long enough to see yourself become the strongest
this video is soo good i agree
though i will still be sad about my goat dying☹️i will miss him
