Is cross functional teams managers have assistance to work?

Hi Chiranthi, in cross-functional teams, individuals from different departments or functional areas work together on a project or goal. As a result, the team manager may need to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, communicate effectively with team members who have different expertise and perspectives, and manage conflicts or differences in priorities or goals. To accomplish these tasks effectively, cross-functional team managers may require assistance in various forms.

@@sumitmitra7336 A cross-functional team would be first and foremost a team that consists of people which in sum have all the skills necessary to deliver the product. The main purpose here is to reduce dependencies. If you have more and more T-shaped people within that cross-functional team you will get the benefits highlighted in the video.
