Apparently, fury awakening omega was a part of downloadable contents, so you have no choice but to find and download it. The materials for that were also dropped from the DLC emperor quest. But normally, you can still craft weapon overdrive omega seal. It needs 2 souls of the hermit (仙人の魂), 1 black fighting spirit, 1 tome of alchemy (練丹術書), 1 fragment of the Great wall The frags of the great wall can only be dropped from the High Level old Emperor (Rebirth of Emperor Qin Shi, high level quest board, end game zone only), and the black fighting spirit is from sealing the Beast emperor (final battle) Weapon OD omega: start with weapon OD always active. Stays active even if you respawn Fury awakening omega (DLC): start with Fury awakening always active. Stays active even if you respawn
