I really liked this video because there was such an element of genuine fun and excitement to it. No stunts or tricks, just a reaction of pure thrill. I love watching all tricks and stuff but in moments like these, I feel happy watching because it's an go-with-the-flow, unexpected, exhilarating and enjoyable experiences. Which are often the best kind to have :) Woohoo NZ!

I've been watching your videos for 2-3 years and am impressed every time a new video comes out. Someday I would like to do stuff like this. I think you have a great gift, and keep doing what your doing. I'm so amazed by everything you guys do so keep it up.
I can't believe I live in NZ and haven't done this before! Going to have to do it next summer! Awesome video as always, inspires me to keep making my own videos in the hope that one day they'll look like this :P
I did it in the holidays in Rotorua! Sickest thin I've ever done!!! Definitely reccomend it, it seems tourists get to see do a lot of things us kiwis don't even know about!

Just got back from New Zealand! Such a beautiful country
we just did this yesterday, the waterfall is simply great! Not that many happy faces then 😂 but an incredible rafting experience!

@@hunterk7838 - I don't know. I did the whole river and there weren't any drops like that.
Cody S. Yeah, but there’s calm water after the drops to clean up any carnage. From an excitement perspective to an inexperienced rafter, it’s probs a lot better, but class grades are based on safety and navigation difficulty.

Devin, man I was having a bad day, I literally have not slept in over 24 hours mostly doing college work and I literally got home not to long ago, and me like maybe some other people was excited to see a devinsupertramp video in my subscription box, and it literally made my day 100% better. Not only does your videos bring positive vibes, but from what I've read the comments are mostly positive too. i'm actually looking into getting a career in this kind of stuff myself. I'm filming everyday and learning something new everyday. But thank you for just making my day so much better by putting out good, well edited content like this. p.s. I've literally seen all of your videos as well as your partner parkers (back when he used to make videos on his channel) Both of you are really good at what you do, keep up the good work :)

i used to guide rafting in new zealand for the resort in national park. we went over a 13' waterfall several times on the Rangitiki river. cliffs on both sides of the river. but we only did it with passengers that we trusted that knew how to raft.
Pure Awesome...now that is possibly the best representation of what Whitewater Rafting "IS" and how much "FUN" it can be with the right guides :) The rivers of the world are so beautiful...Thank you!!!

This is the "worlds largest". What does that mean it wasn't so large. Is there some kind of restriction to height or something? I still loved the video though man! Not hating lol.
I think its the biggest one you can raft on without dying.
it means its the biggest one you can pay someone (a business) to take you down. you can do bigger ones yourself but it gets much more dangerous.
It means the worlds largest that can be "Commercially Rafted" This is as large as its gonna get for "Commercially Rafted" waterfalls. Hope that helped.

It's a cool video, except the part with the cheering and the music doesn't fit either? Is this comerical? Am i suppose to but something or travel somewhere? What's up with these fake smiles and this happy attitude? Seems so discustingly fake.
The cheering part is to do with how the guides amp us up throughout the ride. And "fake smiles and .. happy attitude?" I have to say I had a genuinely fun time shooting this so you're mistaken in saying it was fake.

Such a cool place! I went there and walked around where they where filming from, saw people doing it as well! Didn't do any rafting there but did do it in the Shotover Canyon at Queenstown which was awsome as well!! ***** have a look at the Shotover for sure!
