I've been doing red light therapy for a little over a month now. The main benefits I've noticed are improved energy, better sleep, and it just feels amazing to sit in front of. I'm hoping that in time it will provide deeper cellular therapy but if not it's still completely worth it to me. The 20 minutes I spend every morning is completely worth my time just on the fact that it feels really good.

Avery, I appreciate the great review. Regarding your Candida videos, is there anything you learned that can reconcile the Candida Diet you had success with (carbs (sugar) from potatoes, etc) and the "carbs/sugar feeds Candida" school of thinking? I have a very difficult time sleeping with 0-sugar, and if I can have carbs and still beat Candida, I'd love to understand the thinking behind that.

I had a bit of carbs like sweet potatoes, I wouldn't eat them everyday though. Maybe 2-3 times a week. Everyone is different though maybe you can handle more carbs than I did. I really didn't have much sugar.. if I was baking and needed something sweet I added monk fruit sweetener but honestly don't think that sat well with my stomach. But I think you should just keep in mind to focus on balancing things out with anti-fungals because thats what is going to kill the bad bacteria. If you are craving something sweet Id say have something sweet just stay away from refined sugar.

There is a growing debate if red light can cause unwanted fat loss in the face? Your take?
